Baymont Inn and Suites Kissimmee - 基西米

Room was very clean and the rate was a good deal.

Out side the fact that in a two night stay at this hotel and only one bed was made after the first night. I still don't know what that was about! The breakfast only offered waffles and cereal, oh and toast and coffee. Surrounding buildings were vacant. I had a good nights sleep! You decide.

Great hotel for the price. Clean, spacious and staff very attentive.

So glad the beds where clean and no bed bugs, but the floors and the bathroom where filthy. The back of the toilet hasn't been cleaned in a long time. It had urine and P. hairs on it. Gross! The breakfast was ok, could use fruit. All Carbs no fruit or protein. The floors are also uncleaned. I would not recommend this place.

For the price you cant get any better.

The restaurant did not open until 7:00. No more than 2 cups of coffee were allowed. Could not take food (ie muffins) from the restaurant if you wanted to eat in the room. Not a good hotel for business travel.

Traveled with family from Grandma thru 8y/o and everyone was happy. Nice staff clean room and secure. Will stay again.

The room was clean but I could tell that it was an older hotel in need of remodeling and new bathroom fixtures.

Some smell in the bathroom possibly from shower curtain, needs replacement. Bed sheets, covers not changed x 5 days that we were there. Overall not worth what I paid for

If something is missing (towels, etc.) just ask. Willing to accomodate.

Towels were not clean and when asked for replacement front desk said I would have to come Down in the morning to get them versus them bringing them up. Hotel is off from the main road in an area thy is not well lit.

For the price this hotel is subpar. It's about 30 minutes from Disney World with traffic. The rooms look run down and the towels had holes in them. I was only there for one night so it didn't bother me too much but if I had a family and was there for a week I wouldn't have been a happy camper.

Hotel was clean and fairly quiet. Was not too hard to find. Front desk was courteous and helpful at check in. However, when we asked for add'l towels on the second day they said they would bring them to the room, but never did. Overall, pleasant stay. Would use again.

This hotel is supposably "Pet-friendly" but I was VERY upset with what happened to my Yorkie pup. The day we were leaving I was petting her and I found a tick on the top of her head. But once there is one there has to be more. We ended up plucking about 15 ticks off of her body that day. And those were the ones the human eye can see. They apparently […] laid eggs on her. Then we checked the room to see where they were coming from. The head board and the mattress had dead ticks and the ones that were alive were crawling on the wall. I was so disgusted that my blood ran cold thinking about how only a few hours before I found them, I was sleeping in that bed. I was very angry because my pup gets preventive care for ticks and she went there, and left COVERED in them. The manager came and inspected the room and apologized, gave us a night free, stating she was going to change the hotel from being pet-friendly. We checked in on a Friday and today is Wednesday and we are STILL finding ticks on her. First problem with this is they have carpet. If the hotel is pet-friendly, it is not smart for the rooms where pets are allowed to have carpet. This causes odor and pests problems. With this hotel the smell hit me before I even entered the room. We asked for someone to come spray the room and nobody ever showed up. Since no one came,we decided to go out to get febreze pet odor control to try to neutralize the smell, but that barely worked. We had to spray constantly until the carpet was damp to recieve results. What a HORRIBLE experience. And I am still suffering with the fact that I may have brought some of those pests on the ride back home. I am afraid that they might be lingering among my family in between our belongings. On a positive note, the breakfast was good. The kitchen was very clean and orderly. And as for the front desk, they were very courteous. Think it twice about bringing your pet here. 詳情

The people were very nice and pleasent. The room was clean. And for the price we paid it was all well worth the stay. I would deffently stay here again.

We stayed in this hotel last week and had a great time. Great value for the money and the breakfast was super. The waffles were delicious but there was a queue as they have only one waffle maker. Great vacation

I reserved a room for my in-laws at this hotel not knowing that there are three, or possible more in the Orlando area. I had booked the room in order to have them close-by me and my daughter. We found out later that this hotel was 20 minutes away from the other Baymont. After traveling the distance they arrived to a non-smoking room that smelled like […] smoke. They were then given another room but only after they repeatedly complained. My wife and I stayed at this hotel and were extremely dissatisfied. We opted for the most expensive option which was a 2 queen with a jacuzzi tub. The only reason we got this room was because my wife likes to take baths but doesn't have the option very often. Well, the tub was broken and after we notified the management about it they assured us that […] it would be fixed the next night, however it was not. The beds were possibly the most uncomfortable beds (and pillows) I have ever slept in in a hotel, and the towels were extremely rough. Also, the location is not in the best part of the neighborhood and not convenient at all. I will never stay here again. close enough to visit attractions, ans staff makes you feel like family

We spent 4 nights here and it was great! Only problem we had was the pool was freezing! My kids will swim in just about anything but this water too cold even for them. The room was spacious and had excellent cupboard space and 2 sinks. The hotel is ok, beds were not very comfortable. It is close to Disney. The fridge and microwave are nice to have.

Dirty & run-down. Blow dryer didn't work but they did have a brand new one up by the afternoon. Beds made with 2 top sheets sandwiching a blanket (no filthy bedspread). Above average continental breakfast selection, but don't arrive early thinking it will be open. Small bathroom in need of repairs/ tile/toliet/flooring. Too many "dust bunnies" hiding behind furniture/ in corners.

While this is an older property the beds were very clean and comfortable. Each room has a kitchenette. They could invest some money in new towels, though. Overall, a good value for a basic place to stay.Close & convenient to the touristy things in Kissimmee.

I would reccomed that this Baymont be passed up keep looking for better place to stay. Upon arrivale and walking into the room I said to myself you gotta be kidding me. This is one drab place. the comfoters on the beds looked 20 yrs old and even had some tears in them. The wall above the window had missing paint, there were places on the wall where […] paint was missing, the walls where the shower rod holder was screwed in was busted up and it looked like the rod was ready to come down. The tile floor was all cracked in one area and to top every thing off the Air conditioner didn't work. The room was filthy, the sheets were not changed from the privious guests, we had to request fresh sheets from the from desk. It was really a waste of money!! I DO NOT recommend this hotel to anybody.

The hotel is older, but our room was clean and comfortable. Our room also had a microwave and mini fridge, which was nice. Breakfast included waffles, several kind of cereal, a few baked goods, juice, milk, and oranges. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Very fine property for the reasonable price. Conveniently located between downtown, a large local retirements community ,and entrances to theme parks. Central to a large number of national food outlets and varied shopping. Enjoyed multiple stays over several years.

I was greeted by and treated very well by the hotel receptionist and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area. I do alot of traveling around the country and have never felt at home like I did here. It was a pleasure thank you!

THE COMPLETE STAFF AT THE HOTEL WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND VERY FRIENDLY. nO ONE SEEMED TO TAKE THEIR JOB AS SOMETHING THEY HAD TO DO BUT SOMETHING THEY WANTED TO DO. VERY PLEASED.

The hotel is older and in need of remodeling. The carpets were worn from years of use, I made the kids keep their shoes on until they got into bed. I didn't actually see any dirt or bugs, but the whole time I just felt like the dirt was there but I couldn't see it. The surrounding neighborhood leaves much to be desired. There is to much noise from hotel customers for 2 nights. Customer profile of this hotel does not much my family values. They were hanging out in the balcony, talking outloud untill 2-3 AM in the morning. I will not recommend for families. Free Breakfast was 2-3 types of cereals and not wothed to have.

Decent hotel
