The hotel was very clean and kept.and the staff were very helpful and courteous. A real plus was pool/spa area which was quite pleasant and well maintained. I enjoyed my stay. The front desk help was friendly and helpful. After an 8 hour drive I was looking forward to soaking in the hot tub but it was out of order. I would stay there again in the future.

My family and I were on a driving vacation and the location of this hotel was easy access off Interstate 80. Very good breakfast in AM. Excellent bed. Great security for the building

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean! When we checked in there was a miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping so they were actually still cleaning our room when we arrived upstairs. I didn't mind at all because the room smelled of bleach and I knew it had been cleaned well […] (and they didn't clean it just because I was waiting there, it already smelled and looked great when I arrived). The only negatives were that the hot tub was out of order and the location is a ways out of town. But laramie is a small town and nothing is really that out of the way, though if you've never been before, you could get confused trying to find the hotel as it's not near the main parts of town. Relatively new hotel, very clean. Breakfast on a Sunday ended at 9:00, would have been nice if it had been until 10:00. Hot tub was out of service which was a bummer because we had just enjoyed a football game in temperatures below zero with the wind chill :(

Were it not for my neighbour with the very bad smoker's cough, my rating would be higher. Unfortunately, he horked and coughed at all hours - finaly waking me at 4 a.m. and then keeping me awake. The walls are super thin here - and in this instance, it made for a less than pleasant stay.

The hotel was nice. There is no where close to eat here. There is a truck stop across the road that we did not attempt. In their defense it seems like they are just developing this area.

The room was comfortable, the hotel staff friendly, and the breakfast was better than normal continental (hot options). However, the internet was really slow (it took almost an hour to download a 75K document).

Our room was located next to the elevator, and across from the mechanical room. As if this wasn't bad enough, contruction noise did not stop until after 11PM, and started the next morning at 5AM. The sheets did not fit the bed--kept popping off the corners as I tossed and turned due to the noise of elevator, mechanical room, and construction. The next […] morning the young manager said "sorry" when we replied to his inquiry about our stay. There are two other hotels within walking distance from this Quality Inn. It was wonderful except for the fact that there were about twenty dogs or more in this hotel.Apparently they allow pets. So,if you are allergic to dog dander or bothered by the fact that this is a dog hotel and doggie do being left by your car this is not the place for you. As I said without the dogs it would be wonderful

Can't believe all the noise in this place. Overhead noise from heavy footsteps above us--must be cheap construction. Doors slamming day and night. But the worst problem was the dog noise. We booked two rooms for our large family. Unfortunately couldn't get adjoining rooms, but was able to get rooms next to each other. Clean rooms. Continental breakfast was OK. It would have been nice if the attendant would have placed out more eggs and waffle batter -- there wasn't enough for our family and there didn't seem to be any effort to add items. […] Each of our rooms came with two queen beds. Nice staff-Room VERY SMALL! -Very clean Hotel- Tons of noise from upstairs-we were in room 108- sounded like bowling all night long? The Staff was awesome, breakfast Lady was sweet and helped Kids get waffles done perfectly. The lobby had very nice bowls of candy sitting around, but when my daughter and I each took several (THREE) pieces over a period of an hour while we were sitting in the lobby, the desk help (I believe it was the manager) made a snarky comment to another hotel guest about it. Really...?

This hotel isn't very convenient if you will be spending time in Laramie. Probably not bad if you just need a night's sleep somewhere on the interstate. Beware of the Pet Room "Bait and Switch" . We booked this hotel through Expedia and indicated that we were bringing a small pet on our reservation. The hotel's policy clearly states that they are pet friendly and charge a fee for pets. When checking in, the front desk staff insisted on charging us double the fee for our pet because "they had to put […] us in a non pet room". What a scam!!!! The place was almost completely empty when we checked in so I'm confident that it is a tactic to generate additional revenue. I won't be going back to this hotel unless I get an apology and a refund from them. 詳情

No complaints. Everything worked well. I'm not too big on continental breakfasts at hotels, and this one wasn't anything special either-- but that's just me. Otherwise, everything was super. Nice room, great price, would stay again.
