Nous avons été transférés à un autre hôtel de la même chaine, Grange Hotels, dans la même rue, dans des suites au lieu de chambre (!). Un remarquable hôtel, formidable. Service parfait et sympathique. Confort exceptionnel. Nous n'avons qu'un désir : y retourner !

We had a great stay at the Portland, excellent location, and spacious well-kept rooms. Having read some of the previous guest comments about noise from the street, we requested a quiet room off the street since we had our baby with us. The hotel wasn't able to accommodate this last-minute request, but instead upgraded us to a very spacious room which […] was fantastic, and we actually didn't find the noise from the street disturbing at all, so all in all we're very happy with our stay. For families travelling with children: there's a small playground 100m from the hotel in Bloomsbury Square Park, quite unusual for London and another great advantage of this hotel's location! 詳情

Vi ble møtt av en utrolig hyggelig butler, og av en fantastisk resepsjonist. Det var bare begynnelsen på et valdig bra opphold. Rommet var gedigent, med stor dobbeltseng, samt barneseng til han på 8 mnd. I tillegg var det et flott og reint bar, samt en stor kjøkenkrok, der vi kunne fikse te, kaffe og lignende. Litt trangt i gangene i hotellet, men hva […] gjør det? Her kommer vi til å reise tilbake! 詳情
