Everything was great except for 1 giant inconvenence.........the minfridge made a loud knocking sound all night. I did not get much sleep. I had a business meeting at 7am and needless to say....I was tired. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

I checked out leaving a jacket in the closet. When I phoned later that day (3/9/13), the person who answered (front desk?) quickly located my jacket in the lost and found area, and tagged it for my pickup the following week. I appreciate the attention to details.

Very clean. A complimentary toothbrush holder - what more can you ask for? Walls are bit thin (could hear the woman next door sneezing). The air conditioner fan sure is loud!

The staff were incredibly friendly. They were polite and always had a smile. I felt as if they were talking to me and not at me. The food variety was great and included 3 hot items, fresh waffles, various pastries, fruits, bagels, toast, etc. I would stay here again!

Bed was comfortable, There is a diner right across the street if your not interested in the hotels breakfast, or you get up too late. This hotel is in very good condition, very clean and well kept. The location leaves a bit to be desired, not really close to any attractions. Approx 27 miles to Hershey and the Hollywood Cascino. The only complaint I have is that the beds are to soft and my back was sore both mornings.

We stayed here because we had family who lived nearby in a town with no hotels. Breakfast was fantastic as they had waffles, cereal, juices, milk, pastries, rotating hot food (eggs, ham, sausage, potatoes) and apples available every morning. We could hear the neighbors in our hotel room but this is nothing new for these types of hotels. Our fridge […] was kind of loud but it bothered my wife more than myself. The hotel was right off of the highway which was great (except for the noise)! The gas stations nearby ALWAYS had the HIGHEST gas prices. The pilot station across the street had a subway and dairy queen inside it and there's an old timey diner next door for sit down eats (but be prepared to wait!) unfortunately they tended to help and serve the truckers first :( The indoor pool was awful. The water was cold and the room temp was set to 78 when the outdoor temp was around 90 so the pool was ALWAYS cold! I had some problems with the bed my back was hurting after sleeping on it but I'm used to a very soft bed and these beds were more firm that I would like. We weren't in the hotel that often so most of the little things we didn't worry about. Overall it was a nice stay and the hotel staff was very nice. My trip was unforntunately extended as I was forced to stay another night due to a snow storm. But the hotel was amazing and told me not to worry about rushing out in the morning.
