The hotel is located far from the medina (25Dh taxi one-way) and the facilities are spartan. The bar fridge is empty and Internet access is not available in the rooms - access only near reception. The Hotel is very beautiful with a great pool and several restaraunts within the hotel. It is very accomodating to Western guests to include a lounge and pool bar. It can be difficult to find alcohol in parts of Morocco. Everything was very clean and the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

Sono rimasto veramente sconcertato dal fatto che tutto quello che si chiedeva fosse a pagamento, anche ad esempio la mappa piccola della città per visitare i monumenti ecc..... tutto ciò per far lavorare il bazar all'interno dell'hotel che è un 5 stelle e non un mercatino. Il personale non parla ne l'italiano ne tanto meno il tedesco invece dicevano […] di parlarlo. L'unica cosa positiva la pulizia 詳情

liegt in der Peripherie völlig ausserhalb von fez, unglaublich schlechter, respektloser service. ein taxi zu bestellen ist schon ein unüberwindbarer antrag ! hotel schaut aus wie aus den 60-70 jahren ohne jegliche renovation. sicher kein 5 sterne wert. viel zu teuer, obwohl durch hotels.com gebucht! viel besser wäre ein Riad in der "nouvelle ville" […] wie das Dar Zyriab! 詳情

Super séjour!!! on a été reçu comme des pachas! le personnel est adorable vraiment à ne pas manquer, la nourriture excellente! le seul hic c'est qu'on a pas pu rester plus longtemps vous me direz deux semaines c'est déjà bien! L'hôtel est au calme en retrait des bruits de la ville les chambres bien entretenues, on se sentait chez nous pour dire que […] ma fille de 5 ans fêtait son anniversaire là bas, le chef de restaurant lui a confectionné un gâteau d'anniversaire surprise tout le personnel était au petit soin pour elle.
