Excellent, cant wait to return.

It is very close to the beach but you cannot swim there. The pool is nice for kids. It was not as clean as it should be. They were trimming the bushes around the pools while we were in them. People were polite.

It has a great casino, the staff at the hotel provided a magnificent service.

One of the light bulbs of the bathroom was not functioning.

This is a nice hotel outside the city of San Juan. May not be the best location if you have kids or want to sight see in th city as it is an hour with no traffic, longer during rush hours to old San Juan. The beaches are nice and clean but the waves on this side of the island are much higher most times so may be too dangerous for swimming at times. […] Otherwise if you want a nice, safe, relaxing place to stay this is a good choice. 詳情

We stayed 5 nights and overall we had a pleasant experience. Our room had a very comfortable king size bed, and a small balcony that we used each evening to enjoy the breeze. The room was quite nice with plenty of room, and a very nice, but somewhat small bathroom. The shower was excellent. The outside pool was very clean, and comfortable for lounging, […] with a very good hot tub. The grounds were quite nice and well maintained, with a short walk to the beach. The beach was great for walking, but the surf was rough. We went swimming there, but you need to be careful with the strong surf and undertow. The ocean water was delightfully warm. The only negative at Windham Garden is the restaurant, called Amalgama. The food was very ordinary, and quite expensive, especially considering its lack of quality. The service was worse. Our waiter was very unresponsive to our requests, and really did not seem to know how to provide good customer service. I was prepared not to leave any tip because the service was so bad, and I was very unhappy to get the bill and discover that the tip was already included. We ate there our first night, and made sure we never went back. There is a good coffee and sandwich shop on the premises called David's, and we used that for breakfasts. After that first night we had dinner each night at different restaurants in Palmas Del Mar. 詳情

Staff was pleasant, but the room was dark and gloomy with a smelly carpet. I was not pleased with all of the rules. Pool closing at nine was ridiculous. Not having an attendant at the beach to unchain chairs was ridiculous and asking us to get off the chairs at 5:30 was ridiculous. There were too many constraints on time which was not expected when […] on vacation. Not having an elevator to get to upper levels also proved to be difficult. we booked a room with a king size bed witha water view in June for a Dec stay-at the time Sheraton owned the hotel-when we arrived we were told there were no water views and they were sorry for what Sheraton's web site had shown and rep.there were no eleavators and you had to climb many stairs to get to your room. Even though we were not pleased with […] the mix up in the room and the hotel was inder construction the employees could not have been nicer. They went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible and for that I would return to the resort. 詳情

outside of palma the neigborhood needs to be clean up! inside palma the service the excellent, safe, clean, also the staff at wydeman was courtsey, friendly, i give them all 10 score - i wld recommend to others give up the good work thank you

Worst service ever!! Terrible nightmare!! We were all there for a wedding that started at 5 pm and even though we arrived a couple of hours earlier than regular check in of 3pm our first room was not ready until 4:30pm and the other until almost 8 pm that night. Did I mention the wedding was at 5 pm!! Needless to say it was a nightmare!! We were late […] to the wedding and most of us didn't even have a chance to shower prior to the wedding. Felt pretty nasty to get all dressed up for the wedding after sweating all day in above 90 degree extremely humid weather and to make it worst the front desk staff could care less. Since check in was not till 3pm and the front desk guy said they would call us when the room was ready, I didn't say anything until about 3:30 pm. I checked my phone thinking maybe they had called and maybe I just didn't have signal or didn't hear it, but not such luck. The guy at the front desk was so nasty to us and he said "the rooms were not ready and he didn't know when they would be". The bride even called hoping that they would maybe listen to the one spending thousands and thousands of dollars to have her wedding there, but hey she had already paid them, so why should they care that they were ruining her day!! Not ever did an I'm sorry for the inconvenience make it out of his lips!! Not to mention that even though we paid for rooms with queen beds we were given a bed and a sofa bed in both rooms. I don't believe they are in the business of pleasing their customers. You would think that for a Hotel so expensive you would get better treatment!! 詳情
