Management the person on Saturday morning did not showed any courtesy or professionalism when relating to people. It seems like certain prejudice was the motivate for this lady to conduct hersel in the matter she did.

I requested an extra towell because I had excersice and needed to take an extra shower and the towell never arrived. The hotel was good to just sleep. The breakfast needs more cereal selections.

I requested a non-smoking room which had a terrible smell of cigarette smoke. On my return home the clothing in my luggage also had that smoky smell. It was awful. Also, the television is on the same eye level as the bed; it needs to be a bit higher.

The King size bed felt a little lop sided; kind of sunk down in the middle. The vent needed to be cleaned out. Everytime I turned on the air conditioning unit, there was a foul spell coming out of it, like some1 had took a piss in there. So I went to CVS got some air freshners to put in there.
