Another bad experenice of wrong information given which lead me almost miss the flight schedule. When I ask the receptionist about the 6001 airpot bus for the route details, she clearly answer me that the bus will takes 40 minutes to the airport, "four, Zero" to the airport, & you should be arrived 1:30 before boarding. Even, she told me 40 minutes, […] I prepare 80 minutes for the bus. However, the bus journey is more than 90 minutes & I must check in, run thur the immigration & the boarding gate. Poor! B'coz I am too rush & I've no time to well pack my duty free items back to my luggages, some of my cosmestics gone into my hand carry bags. Sure, they are not allowed to boarding with me. They all threw into the immigration bin. How much I lost by the "Four Zero" misleading words!! 詳情

這次入住西方高爺主要考量的是交通方便性，第一:鄰近東大門，出飯店步行約5-8分鐘就可以到東大門，第二:機場巴士就在飯店門口，對回程行李多的狀況會少去很多麻煩，因為是商務飯店，所以沒有太多娛樂或配備設施，飯店清潔程度真的需要加強。其他服務品質大致都不錯，如果目的在東大門，想要交通方便者是一個不錯的選擇！

第一次出國自由行，選了東大門的西方高爺，雖然比乙支路高爺遠了一點點，但是看到他比較新穎的份上就訂了，地方還算便利，issac toast，姜虎東燒肉，doota等等百貨都很近，飯店櫃檯人員很親切，只是可惜對那附近的公車站不夠熟悉(是說地鐵已經很方便了)，其他我在這邊的四個晚上很平安很順利！

櫃檯人員親切有禮,詢問問題都能很有耐心回答並幫忙.. 床鋪非常好睡(不知是不是太累了) 總是一覺到天亮(除了最後一天因為要趕清晨5點多的車到機場,有些怕睡過頭,頻頻醒來看時間)... 下次一定再去住... 我們4個女生住一間房(family suite) 空間還是很大喔..

位置, 房間大小及舒服度都還OK 但是服務人員態度真的很冰冷 沒有人情味, 英文也不是很流利 溝通上有點困難 遇到一點小問題也感受不到他們想幫忙的感覺 算是在韓國裡遇到前幾名沒有人情味的地方 所以下次不會再去住了

飯店位置靠近東大門，地點不錯、距離最近的地鐵站需步行約5分鐘還算方便，飯店門口就有機場巴士往返機場很便利。 但飯店價位不便宜，卻只有外觀跟大廳狀況良好，房間狀況不太理想，電視老舊、床墊凹陷變形很不好睡。尤其非常不建議訂Family Room，房間跟雙人房格局一樣，只是在雙人房間的廚房和書桌位置硬擺上兩張單人床，結果書桌沒了廚房也沒了，擺放了一堆餐具碗盤，卻把加熱的爐火移除封死，只剩下微波爐能用，想煮碗泡麵都沒辦法；房間真的很不大，3個人想把行李整個打開都沒辦法，買完東西後連路都快沒得走了。 房間也不太乾淨、落塵很厚、床單上有汙漬、提供的餐具也沒洗乾淨(建議先洗過再使用)、廚房和浴室洗手台也沒清理乾淨、浴室提供的毛巾也用了很久、看起來不是很乾淨。 再來房間備品也給的很不大方，只有第一天有給水， […] 多住幾晚想喝水，不好意思請自己買；連咖啡和茶包也是一樣，喝完了也不會補，請自己去便利商店買。 至於打掃房間，基本上就是倒垃圾、補毛巾跟把棉被鋪整齊而已，我們是3個女生住一間，浴室和房間地板掉了很多頭髮沒清掃就算了，最後一天的晚上更誇張，洗完澡要擦頭髮，一摸毛巾想說怎麼是濕的才發現居然連乾淨的毛巾都沒換，而是把我們前一晚用過丟在地上的髒毛巾摺好再擺回去，整個超火大的.... 相比之下，我們前幾晚住的民宿實在是好上百倍，舒適整齊乾淨，備品也給的很大方(還提供早餐)，價格也便宜許多。 整體而言是個不愉快的住宿經驗，飯店價位又不低，不會讓我想再回去，我寧可去住民宿!!! 詳情

This hotel is not far away from subway station and there are 2 convenience stories quite near it. Airport bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Family suit is big enough for 4 adults and luggage. 西方高爺-近東大門,交通便利~ 鄰近東大門商圈,環境不錯,樓下有全家便利商店,隨時可以補充物品,不怕餓肚子 ^_^ 房間打掃很乾浄,住四人房,床很大,很舒服~ 房間內有小廚房,且提供碗盤,餐具,鍋子及電磁爐,微波爐等,很便利,可以自已煮泡麵呦~ 讚啦. 美中不足之處,房間雖有提供無線網路,但訊息稍弱,偶而會斷線,無法上網. 洗澡時,熱水會乎冷乎熱,沒法控制 @@

身處東大門鬧區,飲食、購物都非常方便!下次去韓國,也會選擇該飯店入住:)

位於東大門的Western CO-OP,距離清溪川、東大門逛街、吃飯都非常便利!!! 都可以用走路的方式就可以到達,從仁川機場也有機場巴士可以搭乘,機場到飯店的車程大約一小時!!! 加上飯店隔壁就有全家,半夜肚子餓都可以在這邊找到吃的喝的. 地理位置非常便利~下次我到首爾自助,我還會選他~ 而且房間乾淨,不會擁擠~櫃檯服務很好!!!

The hotel is near the subway ,and there are many stores and resataurants within a walking distance around.The location is very easy to reach everywhere.The hotel itself is comfortable. It will be a wonderful choice for the people who want to shop 24 hours.

The hotel is in a good location (especially if Dongdaemun is your thing). Close to cheonggyecheong for a walk too. Restaurants nearby (at the back) and has very good sized rooms for Seoul – even if the furnishings make you feel like your sleeping in an office (a little)! This is 10 mins away from the subway. When you're tired from your city tour and carrying a lot of bags, the distance would matter. The sister hotel, Coop Residence (not Western) is closer to the subway but the facade is not appealing. The room is clean and big but I was expecting a better bed and beddings. The staff is so nice and helpful^^ Good accessibility and 5 minutes to go to Metro and less than 10 minutes to apm, doota and other department stores

nice location, and acceptable price. The room is big enough, and clean. very nice!!! highly recommend!!

Wi Fi just available at the lobby, if the room also can access free wi-fi then would be perfect.

I will recommend this hotel because the airport bus 6001 stops at the front of the hotel.This will cost you 14,000 won per person. The airport bus leave every half an hour, please refer to chart at the stop. You can take take this bus on your return trip too. The subway line is just 10 mins walk from hotel. The place provide kitchenette facilities. Very useful since we have to cook our own food. Not very far from dongdaemun shopping heaven (walking distance take about 5-10 minutes). very easy to get to the subway. Good to stay here with family. The only thing is the air condition in my room didn't work and we were advised to open our window.

Besides the great location, spacecious for a family size of 4 persons, room condition is clean, neat and bright. we have not much of comments except that the Air conditioner is not place in a right position in the room that has partition separate fm the small pantry. Quite warm and discomfort for those who stay in that room.

The location of the hotel is good, near to a lot of shopping center and train station. But, the bathroom is dirty, poor maintenance. At the last night, the air conditioner is leaking. Call the front desk, no one pick up the call. Poor service.
