My husband and I stayed here last year for our 41st wedding anniversity and decided to come back this year. Even though the resort it self is old , our room was roomy and comfortable. We liked the relaxing atmosphere, the helpfulness, and friendiness of the staff. My huband especially likes the location of the resort. We would come back again.

It becomes tiresome to read how a hotel is in need of renovation, but this one perfectly fits the description. Perhaps if a group of guys decide to fish, boozeand hang out at the pool then this is their best choice. I would not take my wife there again when it is possible to reserve a room at the Hilton for a few dollars more.

Location on the inter coastal was excellent. While the hotel is old it has many great amenities and with a bit of remodeling to the lobby area it could become a better hotel. The area surrounding the hotel is run down and not built up after the hurricane. It also seemed that surrounding residents were allowed to use the pool therefore it was very crowded […] with children who i do not think were staying at the hotel. With regards to sevice: top notch, friendly, helpful, pleasant and nice. Location simply can't be beat, if you desire the intercoastal. If you want state of the art , 2012 accomodations, it is not for you. My air conditioner was on its last legs, not cool, since on 2/19/12 it was 88! Never the less, a very good vibe place!!!

After 40+ years of random stays, will not be returning. Property not being kept up- got stuck in elevator, broken door causing difficulty in using card key to room, & broken glass on slider doors. Will return as poolside restaurant guest-looks to still be popular and fun

We enjoyed our trip at the Sands Harbor Hotel in Pompano Beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great, especially if you like boats. The restaurants on site had very good food. The hotel room was roomy and the beds were very comfortable. I'm sure we will be going back again.

Take this hotel as a place to stay, not a "resort" as they claim. This hotel is VERY outdated. Apon check in the elevators were not working and had to climb up 7 flights of stairs to get to my room. I have stayed here a few different times because of work in the area. This may be the last time.

Loved the hotel location. Right on the intercoastal waterway! Great Trip!!! Staff was wonderful!

This hotel is old. If you are expecting a new hotel, this is not the hotel for you. I think the other reviewers set there expectations way too high. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the restaurant has good food. Having the marina and dive shop right there was a great plus for us. There is a LOT of noise from the elevator equipment […] banging on the elevator shaft, which if you are a light sleeper will wake you up. I booked 1 night to try this place out, and ended up booking another 3 nights. 詳情
