Nice hotel but not at all close to the Airport. About 1 hour transit to hotel via door to door shuttle. Fine location if you are staying in Auckland but not for 24 hours in town. Better to stay closer to the Airport.

Although I ordered a room for 3 persons there was only one beed when we arrived. They wanted us to pay 37 NZ dollars for an extra bed that no one of us could sleep in. I asked three times for an extra madrass but never got one. My advise is to never stay here. They want to be first class but hardly live up to the standard of a third class hotel.

The hotel has lots of character and the rooms were comfortable. The only point the we are critical about is the knowledge of the hotel reception staff. They did not seem to be able to assist with any of our enquiries and at times even sent us to the incorrect destination. So perhaps they could work a little on customer service. 家族3人で宿泊。 部屋はとても広くミニキッチンや食器、食洗機までありました。 ベットはダブルベットとシングルベット2つがくっついて1ベットになっていたのでゆったり寝れました。 それぞれのベットが1ルームになるよう大きなスライドドアがあり、仕切れるようになっていました。 トランクが3つでも広げる場所に困らないくらい広かった～！！ アメニティーグッズもマヌカソープなどが置いてあり、使わずに持って帰りました。 ジムやプールはそれぞれ、インドアとアウトドアにありました。広くて探しにくかったのですが、スタッフが親切で案内をしてくれました。 テニスコートもありましたよ～ 立地はメインストリートからは少し外れますが、歩いて行くのにはこまらないし、逆に静かで良かったです。 夜は広いベランダのテーブルでワイン […] を片手に1杯、夜景を見ながらいただきました。 少しですが海も見えたので、ハーバーの明かりがきれいでした。 詳情
