"a cosy and convenient hotel"

The C1 bus comes every 10 mins and it can bring you to metro station and the airport. That's already convenient for you to travel around in Dubai :)

We were only there for four days but were very comfortable. The staff was excellent. Location satisfied our needs. View of Burj Khalifa (with billboard in foreground). Good supermarket 200 mtrs. We used taxis but metro nearby that would be useful for more extensive touring. We had been to Dubai before so didn't go to gold souq, spice market, etc. this […] trip. Very friendly and helpful staff, a great location, the only negative I would say is that the rollaway bed we had was not comfortable as mattress was very hard. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Small boutique hotel in excellent location where everything else is big and overpowering ! I have never experienced such excellent service and welcome at any hotel. The staff were just super and very helpful in ensuring we enjoyed our 24 hour visit to Dubai even upgrading our rooms to suites. Das Hotel Appartment liegt ideal, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in näherer Umgebung anzuschauen. Nur 100m neben dem Hotel gibt es einen Supermarkt und eine Apotheke, und auch zwei Restaurants befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Sehr freundlicher Service und ruhige Zimmer im Innenhof. Leider mussten wir für ein zusätzliches Bett extra bezahlen, obwohl […] wir durch hotels.com für 4 Personen gebucht hatten. Auch wurde das Zimmer einmal nicht gereinigt. I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Rotana. Small hotel compared to Dubai standards - so, quiet - very comfy bed - great service - Not best location but anyway, you have to take a taxi to go to any place...so, not bad as it is quite central. Would stay there again and recommend it to all my friends
