Enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom suite. pretty spacious with a garden view but the pool just outside was a nice touch - there was also the main hotel pool and around three other pools so we had the pool to ourselves each time. Although Susan the reception lady was really helpful, we were told that there were no cleaners for our 4 day stay due to […] our package - not sure if that was true. Our smoke alarm battery was faulty so gave off an irritating alarm every 30 seconds. Susan came and rectified it once, but it came back on in the middle of the night.Overall decent stay. 詳情

We landed in Broome on Christmas Day to be greeted with a voicemail from the Oaks asking when we would be arriving. The receptionist told us that she wanted to go home (5pm) There were no taxis available and she was unable to help with the shuttle bus or a taxi. 2 hours later, after sharing a taxi with other travellers, we checked in and were told that […] the restaurant was closed for refurbishment, the dip pool outside our room was closed for maintenance and there was no one to help with our luggage. In 40 degree heat, on Xmas evening, we dragged our cases through the resort to a room to find no food or drink. There wasn't even an ice cube to put in the tap water. The bins around the resort were spilling over with stinking garbage and broken bottles (inside the pool area) and remained like that until Dec 27. We had no housekeeping either until Dec 27. We understand it was Xmas and staff need time with their family but they shouldn't take bookings if they haven't got the staff to support it. 詳情

We were a bit disappointed with both our tv's it was really small and it made it quite difficult to see on it, and all the apartments below and next to us had big flat screen tv's.Also the shower was a bit dirty when we checked in.

Great room overlooking a private pool. Unit spacious and well arranged. Staff very helpful and friendly. Still no restaurant at the hotel but it is coming. Good cafes locally and can prepare meals in the unit.

Overall OK.Asian room cleaning man pushed past my wife and rushed into the room as soon as she opened the door, then fled when he saw me lying on our bed.Phone in the room didn't work.

Fancy entrance and you actually think to yourself 'nice this could be the one' until you reach the receptionist desk. It doesn't hurt to put a smile on your face and look like your actually enjoying your job ladies :) We payed for a room that came with breakfast included but unfortunately no one provided breakfast to us the whole two nights me and my […] family were there so very dissapointed in that, the rooms could of been clearner and if that's what you call clean well that look like a half done job to me. There could be more attention to cleaning of bathroom, otherwise a comfortable stay. Staff could be more accommodating as far as checking out a little later since the property wasn't full, this is always a valuable touch as far as clients returning. The pool was freezing, some heating during winter months would make swimming more appealing.
