Calypso Hotel - 泽布季

A sea view room on the 4th floor (418). A good size and very clean. Excellent breakfast with a very wide choice. Bed was hard but on informing reception a much softer mattress was provided. The staff could not have been nicer. We did not eat lunch or dinner in the hotel so cannot comment on the restaurant. It would have been nice if the safe deposit […] box was free (as it is in many hotels). However, by and large this is a very nice hotel and we will certainly try and stay there again when we return to Marsalforn. 詳情

This hotel was graded 4 star, it is not. Probably 3, maybe less. It should be stressed that it is a resort hotel. The problem with resorts in winter is that everything closes, including the hotel bar and second restaurant, as well as most of the other restaurants in the vicinity (other than over Carnival weekend), which makes B & B difficult. Every thing was up to stander the sea view as nice and breakfast was very good with a good display and the staff very friendly , the only thing I was surpriced was being a 4 star hotel there was no coffe and tea maker and the fridge was empty.

We spent three nights at the Calypso as a mini break from our home in Malta. It's location in Malsaforn is perfect and the ocean, restaurants and bars are a very short stroll from the hotel door. Ett helt "okej" hotell. Lugnt läge. Rent och fräscht i rummet och badrummet. Hänsyn till miljön..... ett extra plus i kanten..Havsbad alldeles intill, med en liten sandstrand. Havsutsikten från rummet var fin. Frukosten var den absolut bästa, vad gäller hotellfrukost, som vi har ätit på länge. Om man skall nämna något så var det det stora utbudet av […] frukt och grönt, alltid lika fräscht. Närheten till buss gjorde att det var enkelt att ta sig runt på ön. Vi var i marsalforn i en vecka med ett 8 årigt barn det gick väldigt bra men det var ändå för lite att göra för barnet. Vi och andra familjer saknade någon form av barnaktivitet. Hatte ein Zimmer im 5. Stock ohne Meerblick, stark störend waren die Ventialtoren, die mehr oder minder auch nachts deutlich zu hören waren. WLAN gratis, jedoch relativ schwaches Signal im Zimmer; keine Internet PC für Kunden. Ansonsten schöne, große Zimmer und großes Bad. Im allgemeinen OK und faires Preis / Leistunsgverhältnis!
