Everything went well, room was very clean, beds not very comfortable, but clean bright rooms, pool was clean and well maintained. Hotel lobby was clean comfortable and front desk staff was helpful and very accomadating . Close proximity to beach and shops. For the price you really cant go wrong.

Took my two kids, hubs and I. Rooms were big and clean. Yes it smells like mildew but so do a whole lot of other hotels at the beach due to people coming in and out with wet clothes. Beds were not comfortable at all. You could feel every spring on every bone. The room has a back entrance w the pool just outside. U can sit on your little balcony spot […] and keep an eye on the kids in the shade because theres no shade in there. The pool water is always the rigt temperature and not icy cold as other places. The hot tub is big enough and always feels great in there. They have a little pier at the back so u could do some fishing on the channel. I didnt do the breakfast thing, but then again i never do in any other hotel. Besides whataburger, mcdonalds and dennys are nearby if u want a full breakfast. Check in took about 5 minutes and the guy up front seemed busy, but was still corteous and was jelpful with questions. No one was rude, but then again I was polite myself so I guess i got treated they way I treated them (not a big mystery.) The AC was always on and at sone point had to turn it off for a bit cuz it got freezing cold! The room has a mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer and they supply you with a little bar of soap and a little shampoo bottle. Overall, stay was great. Our keys always worked. The place is a dump, too pricey. Ac was hot didnt cool the room, we didnt get the room we booked. Nothing else available that weekend thanks to bike fest, which also sucked! Bed was soooo uncomfortable and the pool was gross

no towels in room first night, breakfast sign in lobby says 8 am to 10 am. It was there till 8:30, and two mornings no OJ or milk, one morning the milk was curlded

The white ceiling fan was loaded with black dirt - right above our beds and heads. There were yellow stains in grout at base of toilet. The carpet smelled like mildew - needs good cleaning and airing. We arrived for the last 45 minutes of breakfast and while we eventually got what we requested we had to ask for waffle mix, syrup, coffee...pretty much […] our whole breakfast. Our server had a sour attitude, as if we were a burden, and only brought things as we asked; he did not make an effort to anticipate our needs. There are other hotels with smaller rooms and lower prices with cleaner rooms and better service. We could easily feel the springs in the matress - not a comfortable place to sleep. Have a talk with your cleaning staff, hire someone cheerful in the breakfast area, and invest a little in comfortable beds and you should be competetive with other hotels. Nice basic hotel but service is terrible--maid didn't show up at all one day--never vacuumed floors--no clean towels--front desk very inefficient--ran out of all food most mornings for breakfast--only six seats in dining area for a big hotel

Don't expect 4 star anything, but you're not paying for it either. Location is on the Island's main drag, but far enough north of busy end of Island that traffic and late-night reveling are not bad at all. It's a hike to the beach, but, hey, you're not paying Hilton prices.

For the price, the hotel was absolutely fine. We booked for a holiday weekend at the last minute and didn't have the best view (facing the boulevard), but the hotel has rooms with cute balconies overlooking the pool area. The first room was absolutely dirty and there was mold and it was smelling moldy . The coffee was never hot not even for breakfast. The pool we couldn't use because it was overcrowded and some guest thought the hot tub was a washing machine because they wash their clothes in t with washing powder. Never again

Overall not a bad hotel. There were only 2 issue that were real unprofessional. We stayed 2 nights and had to come back from a day at the beach to a dirty room. It was 5pm and our room had not been cleaned yet. When I brought it up to housekeeping they stated that new reservations where priority first then existing. Overall we had a great stay at Casa Bella. The room was very clean, the location of the room was great, about 2 blocks from the beach. I would highly recommend Casa Bella to friends and family.

The room was decent and a good rate...the best rate I could find for 4th of July weekend. Only problem I did have was the fact that my sheets were filthy. U took them off the bed and down to the front desk where the gentleman was very apologetic and did give me fresh new sheets but I think that could have been avoided. This hotel was very nice for the price. The room was bigger than I expected, it had a sitting area with a couch and coffee table. Also, every room comes with a balcony and lounge chairs to sit outside and feel the island breeze. Too expensive for a room with stain towels, flat old pillows and sheets that didn't feel clean... And the continental breakfast... By nine o'clock they didn't have plates nor juice or food for that matter. Overall it was a place to take a shower and should not be call "Resort"

This hotel was consistent with others at SPI. Mediocre room for the price. Hotel was on a channel that goes out to the bay. Boat docks were ok, but not great. Large step down from the dock to the boat. Be very careful with small children, as there are only ropes on the sides. No boat launch, must go to Parrot Eyes a short distance away and pay to launch. […] Trailer parking is also limited. We paid at Parrot Eyes to store the trailer as well. There was a large roach in the restroom. Hotels.com had told us this motel was on the beach side. It was not.

FROM check in to check out this was the most miserable place I have ever stayed! When we got to our room it smelled moldy and the AC barely worked. One of the patio "lawn chairs" had a broken leg, which WE GOT CHARGED for upon checkout. This is merely a larger motel 6 room for 3 times the price on the weekend we went.

This was a last moment choice for the hotel. Since it was a last moment choice we weren't expecting much, but given a choice I would book a hotel early which is a higher rating for the same price of booking at the last minute. The bathrooms tend to clog, something you don't want to see on a vacation.

Make sure you take pictures the way you entered the room and the way you leave it.... Reading the rental agreement they will charge you $150 for a dirty towel or sheets. The towels were dirty when we arrived with make up stains. The walls were drawn on and a spitball high on the wall thanks to a previous tenant. It seems as if the maids are just to […] lazy to clean they give you some folded up towels and remake the bed before you arrive and that is it.... The lamp shades had an inch of dust and dirt on them. Bring your own toiletries, they give you one bar of soap and that's it! The place was far from clean, far from romantic, and far from the beach! The room provided, with all the lights on, was dark and uncomfortable. The bathrooms were outdated. At check in the receptionist assured us breakfast would be served from 08.00hrs next morning. We had to beg for a hair dryer and for a coffee maker at 18.00hrs. Our travelling companions were not so lucky as at 21.00hrs no reception staff were available […] and the office was closed and locked. At 08.00hrs the next morning the office was still locked and no reception staff were to be found, however a very understanding cleaning lady let us into the office/ breakfast area and with difficulty attempted to supply us breakfast. Shortly after 09.00hrs the daytime receptionist showed up and showed little interest with breakfast preparation. 5 stars for the cleaning lady/breakfast maker. 1/2 star for the reception staff. 詳情

The hotel was clean and nice, the only issue we had was they had chlorine granuals along the side of the pool that had not been cleaned up, and when we were sitting on the edge of the pool, they bleached our clothes! The manager was nice about it and reimbursed us the cost of the clothes, but still a bummer.

El baño estaba muy sucio cuando nos entregaron la habitación y después fueron a limpiarlo y quedó casi igual. El hotel no tiene nada fuera de lo normal, entonces les recomiendo que lo tomen sólo si está en oferta, sino, hay mejores.
