由 "Hong Kong" 的 Leo 於 2012年03月29日留下評價離火車站5分鐘路程的橫街中，沒有太明顯的招牌，所以較難找到，要以街號來找尋。 接待員有禮並熱心幫助。房間裝修較舊，最差的是床被的色調和花紋，更顯得床被好像用了廿幾三十年般。 洗手間非常整潔，美中不足是吹風筒的喉管破了幾個洞，所以出風不足。幸好可向前台另借電風筒。 免費的Wifi，而且有豐富的自助早餐可以說為酒店挽回不少分數。

"Villa la massa - a beautiful romantic hotel."

Beautiful, well run and charming hotel in a wonderful location overlooking the river. The service was lovely and the restaurant staff were charming.Dinner was served on the terrace by the river. I cannot find anything bad to say about this hotel. It was fabulous and I can't wait to return.

We had a great experience at the Villa La Massa. Truely 5 stars in all their offerings. Our Jr. Suite room was large and comfortable with a great view. All personnel were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant food was delicious with outstanding friendly service. I choose the Vila La Masa due to their location very near to Florence but also near the […] A1 highway systems. The hotel provided daily shuttle service to Florence which was very handy. We used Villa La Massa as our home base to visit many Tucany towns including the Chianti region. A great choice.... 詳情

Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich. Die Managerin spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist sehr verbindlich. Ein Shuttleservice stellt eine bequeme Verbindung mit der pulsierenden Innenstadt dar.
