Hotels.com 旅客於 2013年01月14日留下評價環境乾淨，整潔，每天都有人負責清潔地板，維修都快，很多問題第二天早上都能解決。不過始終是旅舍，服務不能期望太多。我和其他八人同房，但房中有廁所及沖涼房，故此不用太擔心等沖涼跟去洗手間的問題。要是能接受跟陌生人同住的話，以這樣的價錢實在不能投訴太多。可惜的是大家見面接觸的機會不多，男性想識朋友都也沒太多機會...(當然，一個單身女性想識朋友的機會實在很容易)，但總體而言跟其他住客往來的機會也有...也算是一個開心的經驗。最差一點是我問前檯拿一點膠紙封箱(其實只是一個小箱子，還只封頂部....)，竟然那人以沒太多膠紙為由拒絕，要我多花唇舌，另外一人才肯借給我，故此服務我倒扣了分

I stayed two nights, there is a courtesy bus to and from airport but if arriving from international need to call to get picked up, my phone didn't work so that was a problem waited 1 hour but would have been quicker if I'd known about phoning this needs to be clearer somewhere. Also courtesy coach to the railway station again need to call to be picked […] up. A phone and no is essential for this hotel. "Great stay on multiple occassions"
Great hotel. A bit expensive mid-week. Restaurant is typically quite good. On April 30th, 2013, something was amiss in the restaurant. I was an hour getting my food. I watched at least one table leave in frustration. Wait staff was not helpful. The hotel staff at the front desk is among the most professional I've witnessed. "Pros and Cons"
Cons: Buffet is pricey. Too many screaming kids in pool area. Could not use. Mattress in room was uncomfortable. Hardly any shower pressure. No safe in room. Pros: Room was very clean. "Excellent service and overall quallity"

"What a Wonderful Time We Had!"
We decided last minute, to getaway and stay overnight in a hotel with our grandchildren and to go swimming. It was difficult to find a hotel with an inside pool the Hilton Garden Inn in Chicago/O'Hare airport area had one. The price to stay was so reasonable and the facilities and room was absolutely beautiful. The staff are so professional and friendly […] and made our stay that much more enjoyable. It was a good place for a quick stop over on my way to Jackson WY. I got a better air rate if I stayed overnight in Chicago on my way to Jackson from London; even with the cost of the room.
