A budget hotel. More of an apartment which can be nice. Stayed with a baby and they provided a cot bed for free. That was good. Room was big but a bit cold feeling. This hotel was okay. It doesn't have a lot of charm, but the rooms are fairly spacious and having a kitchenette is nice. It is on the outskirts of town and not in the best neighborhood. Nevertheless, I didn't feel unsafe walking around. Plus, there is a bus that goes directly into town (line 6) and runs fairly frequently. If you want to walk it, it […] will take about 20-30 minutes to get to the touristy area. One useful thing to know is that you can't check into the hotel until after 4 PM. Another useful thing to know is that the name that is displayed prominently on the building is "Odalys" as opposed to Le Clos de la Chartreuse. This is a very clean and comfortable place. Easy access into Aix with a car, about ten minutes away. It is an apartment hotel, with a kitchen n living area, plus balcony. Parking is available on the road with secure parking if you want to pay for it, which we didnt bother with and had no problems. This hotel is on a side street off a main road (route de Galice) with a number of other hotels. If you are on the main road headed towards the city, it's on your leftside up the second to last hill towards the city. However, you cannot turn left onto this street, you have to figure a way to get into the lanes on the opposite side of the road to turn […] right. Additionally, the sign on the main road that indicates where the hotel is, is tiny and hidden under some shrubs. The hotel is difficult to find, but once there, the room and staff are nice. je voulais un hotel pas cher donc RAS par rapport au prix de la prestation

Hotel loin du centre ville, il n'y a rien autour et devez obligatoirement prendre un vehicule ou le bus 6 pour vous rendre en ville. Acces internet tres difficile et reception fermee entre 12h et 16h!!! Donc prevoir d'arriver avant 12h ou apres 16h.

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans ce lieu, en cours de rénovation après reprise par la chaîne Odalys, ce qui nous l'espérons lui permettra d'évoluer dans le bon sens. Au 2ème étage les chambres bénéficient d'un espace de vie de belle taille, doté malheureusement d'une minuscule télé cathodique (en cours de remplacement parait-il). Le lit est en mezzanine […] (assez petit avec un matelas assez peu confortable), le cabinet de toilette et le WC sont dans la même pièce et il n'y avait pas de poignée à la porte qui est donc restée toujours ouverte, rien n'ayant été fait pour y remédier pendant notre séjour. A noter : pas de sèche-cheveux fourni. De même pas de papier toilette à notre arrivée et il a fallu beaucoup insister pour en obtenir un rouleau. La cuisine intégrée est correctement équipée et très pratique pour se préparer un petit déjeuner sur place (mais pas de tasses à café), un splendide torchon était fourni, mais pas d'éponge ni de produit, pas de poubelle de cuisine, pas de balai ni pelle/brosse et le ménage n'est fait que toutes les semaines !! Ceci dit nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour, la chambre était très calme, l’hôtel situé non loin du centre-ville (accessible à pied pour les bons marcheurs), le personnel très sympathique bien que peu nombreux, et nous avons bénéficié d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix grâce à Hotel.com !! 詳情

Quelques soucis pour trouver une chambre prête à me recevoir car une fois pas faite, l'autre proposée serrure défectueuse, enfin la réceptionniste a fini par m'en trouver une préparée et avec la serrure qui fonctionne, convenable pour court séjour, personnel aimable.

Les options ne valent pas le prix facturé (parking démantibulé et petit déjeuner très cher pour un café,un croissant et un peu de pain de mie).

pas évident à trouver. la climatisation est appréciable. j'ai apprécié le côté "appartement". Ce n'est pas le grand luxe mais c'est tout à fait correct dans l'ensemble.

Ne pas confondre Citéa et CityA qui sont deux résidences situées dans la même impasse. Citéa est au fond et quand on vient pour la première fois chez Citéa, on ne fait pas forcément immédiatement le distingo. Très difficile de se garer si le parking n'est pas pris en sus de la chambre. A notre arrivée, il n'y avait pas de bip disponible bien qu'il […] y ait des places dans le parking, ce qui a amené à jongler avec le bip du gardien, et c'est peu pratique. 詳情

J'ai aimé l'accueil détendu et sympathique. Ravie de la chambre spacieuse et propre. Rien ne m'a déplu. Hôtel tranquille.
