由 "Hong Kong" 的 Ivan NG 於 2011年07月04日留下評價This hotel is located about mid-way between Salzburg Central Station and the attractions in the Old City. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to both places. It is also very close to the beautiful river, just a coupe of minutes walking. The customers are allowed to use the hotel Apple notebook (one only) and the keyboard is in German. But it is not difficult to input in English. I stayed 7 nights in June 2011 in a triple room which was large enough for 3 persons. The hotel provided good reception services but up to 10:00pm which sometimes caused inconveniences. I would recommend this hotel to other tourists.

Hotels.com 旅客於 2010年10月28日留下評價Its not a 5 stars hotel... if planning to stay and enjoy the facilities? Its not the perfect place you will plan to stay. But don't forget the price they are offering. Its just a few bucks more than a hostel private room. Price v.s. Quality v.s. Market price? Its a good deal if not the best. In general... its like any other older Best Western you will usually find in the states.

Beautiful area. Restaurant had great food and good service. Hotel staff was very nice and spoke good English. Central location to all the wonderful things in the Austrian Alps. It was a bit noisy at night and the hotel could use fans or A/C. All in all, good trip and would stay here again.

"Not a 3 star hotel as claimed"

Our room was unbearably hot and the small fan they provided was unbearably loud. There was a discotech on the 1st floor, so a room on a lower floor that was less hot would have been noisy. This was not a 3 star hotel as claimed.

This is a great place if you have a car and don't mind a little background noise. It is very clean and nice, and free parking (very rare in Europe). A few minutes to downtown Salzburg, nice staff, and pretty good price. Only complaint is that loud music plays in the bar until very late (until 6 am one night) which could be heard throughout most of the […] hotel, as well as some street noise. è comodo come base per Salzburg; manca l'aria condizionata, non c'è ascensore e il wifi è solo a pagamento. Quando propongono la camera quadrupla, si tratta di una "buggerata".

"Hotel Kaiserhof Mycket vacker omgivning"

God frukost och mycket bra bemötande. Fint samhälle, Anif, som är väl värt en promenad om man har tid och det finns både Lidl och maximarkt i närheten. Vi gillade detta hotellet mycket och vi rekomenderar det vart. Det kändes riktigt Österikiskt!

Værelse kan ikke udluftes ordentligt. Hotellet tæt på trafikeret vej. Lørdagsbal holdt os vågne til 02.00, voldsomt støjende diskotek. Larm fra parkeringspladsen af fulde unge. Personalet flinkt og hjælpsomt.
