Hotel La Residenza Sorrento - 索倫托

The room is big, clean and tidy. The hotel is far away from the train station. Need to walk 15 minutes with lugguage.

Hotel is OK, grounds are beautiful. Bed is not comfortable at all!

My friend and I stayed here for the week and were amazed at the standard of the hotel and customer service. The cleaning staff left our room in immaculate condition daily with fresh towels, the pool area exceeded expectations and we were given free towels throughout our stay! The beach whilst costing for the day was well worth it and as the pool area […] was so large was not a necessity. The botanical gardens were beautiful and it felt like we were part of a lovely gated community- very safe and picturesque. The views from the balcony were stunning and i'd recommend an evening spent sipping prosecco and listening to the in-house entertainment. Cannot praise this hotel highly enough- excellent value for money! 詳情

The hotel was a 15 minute walk from the main square, the grounds of the hotel were beautiful, staff were friendly and did their best to assist us in every way. However, there was no iron available and even on request were told that we had to avail of the laundry service in the 5 star hotel next door if neccesary. Breakfast was adequate but the same […] every day and not enough fresh fruit, coffee was usually cold. These points are only minor and overall we enjoyed our stay there, the rooms were comfortable and clean and I would recommend this hotel. 詳情

Hotel was good, great breakfast, but quite a long walk from town center and from train station. Great typical Ialian breakfast. La Residenza Hotel is on landward side of a semi-tropical park. Underbar parkliknande trädgård med mycket fin pool. Enkla men nyrennoverade rum. Dock låg inte hotellet där kartan visade så det blev en bit att gå.

Sød, imødekommende og hjælpsom betjening. Dejligt hotel. Morgenmaden var også god i forhold til, hvad vi har oplevet på andre hoteller. Det eneste ærgelige var, at poolen kun var åben kl. 10 til 17, så det ikke var til at nå, hvis man også skulle udforske byen og kysten.

Utmärkt hotell med trevlig hjälpsam personal. Bra frukostbuffé och mycket trevlig parkanläggning. Rummen är rymliga och städning föredömlig.

Nel complesso un ottimo hotel, piscina nn molto grande ma confortevole, purtroppo chiude alle 18:00. Colazione discreta. L'hotel necessita di una ristrutturazione seria, le stanze risultano vecchie e di stile superato.

Hotellet ligger i en nydelig vellstelt hage. Søsterhotellet har en fantastisk utsikt der en absolutt bør få med seg solnedgangen. Hotellets standard tilsier ikke 4 stjerner, men det trekker opp at søsterhotellet er av høy standard (5 stjerner) og at en delvis kan benytte fasilitetene til dette hotellet.
