此酒店的服務堪稱完美，從進大門到進房間處理時間只有不到10分鐘，從來沒有因為打掃衛生之類的而打擾我們是事發生，聖誕節還送了糕點，無論何時打電話到前臺幾乎是立刻就有人接聽。

Over all is good....good location and tidy room. But the room quite small. The bad things is no 'Free Wifi', changeble in room for internet.........that's bad !!!

酒店总体感觉还好，在细节上还需改进。电话机与通常酒店的不同，翻遍手册也找不到使用方法。空调不制热，而且噪音较大。洗手间花洒没有朝向墙壁，不注意很容易淋成落汤鸡。

各方面均非常满意，方便，干净，整洁，服务均一流，只是一点欠缺：房间小点，床窄了一些，不像五星的大单人床，但还好，性价比超高，强烈推荐。

位置不错，服务不错。环境还可以。

交通非常方便，房间空间较舒适，加了很多镜子感觉还蛮宽敞的。服务的态度比较好，在前台等候时，酒店会送上热毛巾擦手，很贴心的主意哦~

这是我们此次行程最满意的一家酒店，房间很大，很时尚，特别是浴室全透明的很宽敞。而且地理位置很好，地铁可以直达，出大堂门就有各种餐饮，下楼就是各种购物街，很方便，服务也很好。

从酒店的整体硬件来，谈不上最好，属于五星中的中等吧，房间很大，在香港不多见，值得推荐的是卧具：非常适合入睡，很舒服。酒店的服务非常非常好，我的房门钥匙第二天晚上回去打不开门，电话总台派服务员开门后，又专门有服务生将新制的房卡送上来。酒店价格在同档次的酒店中偏低，比较划算。

每次来都会住在这里，便捷、舒适，值得推荐。

酒店位置非常方便購物，而且周圍很多吃的東西。由機場過來，坐地鐵或做酒店巴士很容易到達。酒店前台的服務很熱情，也很專業。下次來還入住此酒店。

第二次入住，还是那么的亲切，酒店位置方便，一边可以看到半海景。太满意啦

该酒店位于朗豪坊的上面，购物、餐钦、娱乐都非常方便。出行也非常的方便，出了朗豪坊对面就是地铁站，或者直接从朗豪坊地下的超市可到地铁站。唯一的不足之处就是房间太小，这次入住的CLUB房在36楼，无烟楼层，可能因为楼高，密封性太好，每次进房间总觉得有股陈旧的味道，建议可以使用空气芳香剂。

服务和卫生都很好，房间也挺大的，我住的是1308元一晚，但性价比就一般，附近购物吃饭很方便，但总的来说都是一家比较舒服的酒店，下次过去也会住这酒店！

酒店員工很有禮,位置方便,附近的餐飲,購物都很齊全 入住第三天是我生日,酒店為我送上蛋糕,實在為我及家人帶來驚喜,而且很美味,實在很感謝酒店的體貼入微,值得推薦 出差及度假首選地方

it is a great place, very convenient. fantastic facilities, however, it was a little bit too late to get my room at 3 p.m.

Friendly staff, practical and thoughtful facilities in room, convenient location. Short of staff, especially bell boys. Internet is slow, and frequently lost connection. Thank you for the pink teddy bear, it is a nice touch!

Hotel locates in the most busy area of Hong Kong. Many shops around the hotel. Also the MTR station is down stair you may access to the places where the train can reach. The front desk staffs are very kind and working at high efficiency. The hotel rate is a bit high in that area. I will recomend friends of this hotel.

After staying at the Minden n TST several times, I decided to move to the Langham- and it was a great decision. Expensive, but in HK you get what you pay for- the bed is the most comfortable I have slept on anywhere, room with great view, great staff, clean...close to MTR and markets, but street is grotty. We arrived to the hotel at the Chinese New Year's eve. The first welcome at the reception was "for an additional sum per day we can upgrade you......" that is when you realize that you got the short end of the stick. We got a COLD room (13 degrees Celsius outside) on the 20th floor. I called the management and they send several maintenance engineers […] only to tell me that there is NO HEATING on those floors (only A/C) and they can get me a radiator heater. I did not let go and requested to speak with the General Manager but he was on holiday and not available to speak. I did some research and found out that the hotel is owned by a Hong Kong Doctor and managed by an Australian CEO (don't remember the names now) and the HQ is in Hong Kong and they are all on holiday and no-one to speak to. I spoke with the front desk manager and told them that I will speak with all the above people as soon as they return to work when they realize that I am about to "raise hell" when they politely told me that they will move me to the 29th floor where there is central heating in the room. The staff was very helpful right from the moment we stepped out of the taxi and had to unload 5 pieces of hand luggage + stroller + winter coats + a tired toddler. We were able to offload some luggage, get a card, hand the card to the front desk and check in quickly, then go to our room and wait for luggage to arrive - which didn't take long at all. Upon arrival to the room, the first impression wasn't comfort. Considered all the 4+ stars hotels I have visited in different countries, this discomfort feeling was the first time. I felt like I booked a 3 star hotel or hostel. I am very sensitive to dust and extremely alert when the place is dirty. And that feeling was driving me crazy within 10 minutes […] of staying in this hotel. Sure enough the moment I lifted up the pillow, the pillow have stains all over. Not to mention, the pillow case, it has blood stains on it. Balls of dust were also found in several corners of the room, which immediately got me thinking "What kind of 5 Star hotel is it?" Because it was so late, and I haven't slept for nearly 30+ hours, I placed several layers of bath towel and sleep anyway without the pillows until I was able to move. The reception was immediately notified the next morning and I changed to a room next door. To my surprise, the pillow was still dirty, the comforter have green stains on it and not to mention the bed cover has holes. It's Chinese New Year Eve, and I'm still offered a dirty comforter with bed cover that has holes. Are you kidding me? It's a total disappointment for me since I have recommended to so many friends and staff in my company to stay in this hotel. I felt betrayed and made wrong recommendation to my friends and staff. Although the management sent me a fruit plate and computer generated apology letter, the damage was done. The bed and pillow was well maintained after my second complain but the thought of whether it was cleaned after housekeeping kept on crossing my mind everyday. And that shouldn't happen for a hotel with a 4+ stars rating. Like I said, I'm very disappointed and felt betrayed for the trust I have kept on this hotel over the years. The recommendation within my company's traveling places of accommodation will surely be removed after this disappointing stay. The room we bought on your website was for 3 people, we could hardly fit 2 people into the room let alone 3! When I complained all they said was I had to pay up which I did but the room was still unbearably small. No sympathy from the hotel staff! I would not stay at this hotel again!

This hotel has exceptional services and for the location, simply put it is unbeatable! Conveniently located to mtr, shopping mall, street bazaar, street food.... just that the price is a bit steep, other than that, it is a great hotel to stay to explore hk!

Langham Place Hotel is a great place for travellers who have never been to Hongkong to see the real live of Hongkong. The hotel is nice but just a bit rundown.

Service was really prompt on arrival and we were led to our room where check-in was done! No need for long queues/check-ins. Very attentive staff who answered our questions and provided information on where we could go. The hotel is a stones throw away from Argyle and the Ladies Market so for those who want to shop, it is definitely a plus as it's […] location ensures you can just pop back for a rest or to drop off your shopping bags. Another feature of the hotel, is the many art works they have on display. It's a nice touch to the place, and for those with time, do take the tour (ipod provided) to know more about the art works. Husband and I really enjoyed our stay. the Staff were all helpful and spoke good english. I especially love the service of providing us with an iPhone 4 with data plan for our usage during our stay. I was also impresesed by the pillow menu, and the little touches that was given every night to help us sleep better, it would be a bag of camomile tea one […] night, a massage tip the next, very thoughtful. Housekeeping was also very efficient, we rarely had to wait too long for what we've asked for. I am very happy with this hotel every things are A+ except expensive internet.
