Suite balcony doors will be unlocked upon personal request provided all guests are at least 14 years old. A Balcony Usage Form must be signed upon check-in.

首先由機場至酒店路程坐的士四十分鐘內去到，酒店去鐵路站，行要五至十分鐘，可以接受，去sism坐的士都係70b左右，而酒店四周可能係舊區，所以稍舊和污蔑，酒店有個商場，不過得間咖啡店和兩間按摩店，酒店服務好好，分早晚執房，啱哂我訓到中午先起身嘅懶人，如果你按了dont disturb，佢一定唔會按鐘，會放張memo話你知可以幾時再幫你執，美中不足係front desk d 人好似好唔想答你野咁，酒店房好大，不過有點舊，但尚算整潔，露台係可以出去嘅，不過有兩大部冷氣散熱器係度，真係熱上加熱，酒店高層兩間吧價錢一樣，但一杯要成五百幾b，我兩間都有去個人較喜歡下低嗰間，因為少人好多，唔洗逼，又有得坐，另外附近消夜檔不多，ckin時要用信用咭俾depositHotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"适合纯度假"
在湄公河旁边，可以看河景，不过带露台房间有一个缺陷，栏杆空隙过大，房间内有超过7岁以上小朋友才可以开房，所以一般都是锁上的，失去了露台的意义。像我们这样带1岁半小朋友出行的，成天都担心小孩子自己出去阳台玩，随便就可以掉下去。 几乎都是老外，因此餐饮也都适合欧美人士； 52楼和64楼出名的2家露天餐厅不接受7岁以下孩子，所以必须携带孩子的家庭，就无法享受那里的美妙风景了，且这2家餐厅对进内用餐人士的着装有规定，不欢迎运动和太随便打扮的人士入内，呵呵，具体细则见餐厅门口规定。 饮用水可以无限量供应，是他们酒店自己的牌子； 员工都似乎比较傲一点，大概因为他们的住客大部分都是欧美游客的关系；Expedia 旅客真實的評價

"2 Bedroom Suite"
I thought that the hotel room for the 2 bedroom suite was quite comfrotable but if you want to take the BTS to malls then it takes quite a while ( 5 stations) the enviroment around the hotel was not that nice although there was a nearby Mcnoalds and Robinsons Mall. "真的不错"
最早是由于楼上的酒吧慕名预定了，可能是客人太多，也可能是预定的比较早，居然给了一个套间，客厅和卧室分开，大约有80平方。房间整体感觉非常不错。含早这个价格真的很值。由于他家的空调都是放在阳台上的，最后一晚，隔壁的空调吵到无法入睡。酒吧分几个部分，爆满，可以看到美景的地方是不可以拍全景的，一定要下到那个像船头的地方拍外景，很没意思，另外一边有整排大沙发几乎可以半躺着的，情侣去估计很有情调。当然，一定很挤...Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

me and my Boyfriend spent one night in this hotel, we first got off from the Surasak BTS, which took us more than 15 mins to get there.... and we cant find the main entrance of the hotel....may be because we got off from the wrond station~ instead of the Surasak Station, the Taksin station is much nearer and easier to get there~! We were first welcomed […] by a nice and beautiful staff and got upgraded to the riverview suite with balcony~ ^^ we used the Spa service in the hotel~ that was quite good~ we tried the Lebua oil massage~ ^^ we wanted to swim too~~however, there's maintence work going on there~ and we have to take the shuttle bus to the Holiday Inn hotel if we would like to swim... the room is nice and clean, with excellent day and night view of the river just from the balcony~~ we went to the Sky Bar but there're too many ppl....too crowded.......we just spent around 10 mins then back to our room~ shuttle bus services to surasak BTS station is convenient too~~^^ breakfast buffet is good too~ we enjoyed our time in Lebua~~ might visit again~ 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

"Such an awesome stay"
I got upgraded to a river view room with late check out time at 4pm. I stayed at Lebua with wife and an infant. The room was huge and very clean. Excellent breakfast buffet included. Very clean and good service. Hotel location is nearby a BTS station within 10min walk. The best about the room is the view! Every room has a big balcony that is facing […] the river and its such a beautiful cues to have at night right outside your window! And the famous sky bar on roof top The Sirocco, is amazing!!!! You just have to check out this bar!! If you are traveling with a child, book in a babysitting service provided by hotel and off you go to check the bar out. "famous hotel so so experience"
a little bit hard to find since the front door is hiding behind the main entrance of the business building. kind of slow when doing check-in, we sat there for over 30 mins... it's just check-in! only provide 2 bottles of water during our entire trip, didn't refilled shower gel, shampoo nor conditioner at all... good to try once but will def. try others […] for sure. 詳情Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價

We were super lucky to get an upgrade!! The room was gorgeous, the river view was beautiful! The sky bar view was breath taking! The breakfast was a feast with various choices. 一進飯店就有服務人員過來招呼，從check in 到check out ，服務都不錯，Riverview Suite 的房型，空間也不會太小，有種到家的感覺，讓人十分舒服。 訂房時有先跟飯店提醒，我是去過紀念日，晚上回房時就看到飯店準備的卡片和小蛋糕，讓人感受到飯店的用心。 64 F 的 sky bar 夜景也十分美麗 我下次去曼谷應該還會選擇這間飯店Hotels.com 旅客真實的評價
