This was terrible for the amount I paid. I was able to get a better higher quality hotel in a better area the next day for 40% less.

All details about the hotel was positive. Within walking distance to Dadeland Mall, Publix and Shortys. The surrounding area is a bit of a condo/concrete canyon but seems fairly safe when traveling in a group. The staff was very pleasant. Will stay here again if I ever need to be in the area.

The hotel service was impecable, if there was something needed, it was instantly obtained. The cleanliness and maintenance was also wonderful, and the location was even more of a pleasure. I say this because if your a young college student such as myself, the prices of the hotels beverages and breakfast would be insane to you, like a 12oz Gatorade being […] $3.18. The location was literally next door to Publix grocery store. You would literally walk out the side/back door to the hotel, cross the street, and be in the Publix parking lot. Then the wonderful Dadeland Mall was right across the street with Nordstroms, JCPenny, and other wonderful stores. Bottom line, would I ever revisit this hotel? Yes! And to think, I almost booked a hotel in North Beach! After visiting the infamous South Beach, I thanked Jesus I didn't make that mistake for the fact that you'd fight to get out with traffic, and you'd fight to come back in with traffic! 詳情

The hotel appears very nice in the Lobby. They must be renovating as the elevators had pieces of carpet on the floor. We had to step aside to enter as a maintenance man and large container were coming out of the elevator. When we got to our room, it was not the one we booked, One bed and they offered to put in a roll away for my grandson, I tried to […] phone the desk but the phone did not work. we had asked for a seperate space with a sofa bed. the next room had one large room with a sofa bed, they were sending a rollaway as they did not know the room had a sofa bed, this phone worked. The bathroom had new tile, but there were cracks around the tub. The shower curtain was too small for the tub and it was hard not to get the floor wet. There was no heat in the hallways, and it was quite cold. I would not stay there again, while the staff was very pleasant, the hotel could use some fixing up. 詳情

This hotel was adequate for an overnight stay before our cruise. Across the street frm a supermarket where we could buy wine and a few blocks from a mall. Nice restarants nearby. The staff was friendly and helped us get a around and get a taxi. The big problem with this stay was the shuttle from the airport. We waited for over 2 hours and when we'd […] call the hotel we kept being told "he's on his way"; when the shuttle finally arrived there were no apologies and the driver didn't even help with our bags!. Also, the website states there is a fee for the breakfast buffet. which is way too much for what was being offered. Didn't feel terribly safe walking after sundown. My initial room smelled like it had need flooded and the carpet soured which was then covered with Febreeze to attempt to cover the smell. This hotel was used for a weekend visit to South Florida and was exactly what I needed. It was a very clean hotel that had personable staff members and vallet workers that really hustled. I would recommend this hotel to others who are visiting the Dadeland area for a short period of time.

MY ONLY COMPLAINT CONCERNS VALET PARKING. THE NEED AND COST FOR THIS AMENITY WAS NOT EXPLAINED. IN ANSWER TO WHERE I SHOULD PARK WAS "OH, WE PROVIDE VALET PARKING, JUST CALL THE OPERATOR WHEN YOU WANT YOUR CAR AND IT WILL BE OUTSIDE IN 10 MINUTES". AND IT WAS EACH TIME.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Our grandparents were walking distance from us. The grocery store (Publix) was literally across a small street from the hotel. It is full of ready-made foods (including the wonderful latin pastries - empanadas, taquenos, croquettas, etc) and a deli to make cold and warm sandwiches made-to-order. told the guy at valet, we would pay separate for parking sat morning when we got car. Front desk wanted credit card for incedentals. I asked are you going to charge anything. Guy said no. Went in sat morning, paid cash for vale parking. They said they would refund the card for parking. Checked acct, $20 charged. Call them, asked why i was charged. The management team were very disappointing. I rang the hotel 2 day before our stay and told them that as we were flying in from Rome we would not be checking in until about 11:00 PM. When we arrive there was no one to check us in and we have to wait about 1/2 hour before we could check in (what you expect from a Courtyard).. To add insult to injury […] we added and paid for one extra night for one of the 2 rooms for our daughters who were staying a extra night (the other room was paid for through Expedia). It was a nice experience, my only sugestion would be to have a chair o couch in the entrance of the lobby, in order to be confortable while waiting for valet parking to arrive. I liked the staff, always friendly, the room was great, the view, etc.

I wasn't sure about this hotel after reading some of the reviews but wanted to stay somewhere that I hadn't before. We arrived early in the morning around 10.30 am but the receptionist was very nice and checked us in immediately....we were eager to get on with our shopping! Our room was on the 4th floor. We liked the security measure of having to use […] your card in the elevator...this made us feel safe. Our room was very clean and there was no musty smell. I particularly liked the touch of a non slip bath mat as some baths can be very slippery. We also had a nice view of the road and The Marriott across the road. The cleaners were wonderful and did a really good job of cleaning the bathroom and getting rid of the rubbish (I hope they were happy with the tip we left). Finally, what can I say about the bed except that it is a shopper's dream to return to after a day of serious shopping....just heavenly. I came to Miami simply for a quick 2-day shopping trip and just needed a safe quiet place near the mall. This place was just perfect for me, 10 minute walk away from the busy Dadeland Mall but within a residential neighbourhood with other stores - including a Publix - and restaurants nearby, all within reasonable walking distance. No problems from the […] beginning to the end. My room was ready when I arrived just before noon. On the morning of my departure I found out my outgoing flight was delayed. I asked for a late check out, which the hotel accommodated. I stayed in the hotel to attend a course at the Baptist Hospital. The location was perfect. The room and bathroom were clean and very big. The only thing I did not like was the lack of a hair dryer on the bathroom. Another plus is the Dadeland Mall right in front.
