I appreciated the Park-'n-fly convenience; the shuttle driver was helpful and courteous both to and from the airport. Breakfast was even ready a few minutes early, so I could eat before my trip! We booked 2 rooms on a NASCAR weekend. One of the rooms was great. The other, supposedly identical, room had a very foul odor and the kitchenette sink had some kind of seeds in it and had obviously not been cleaned. Part of the odor was coming from the disposal in the sink. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone to take care […] of the problem but no one showed. The people staying in that room ended up sealing the drain with a cologne soaked washcloth and sleeping with the patio door open. If I knew this room was a fluke, I would strongly recommend this Hotel, but without knowing, I can only recommend caution. 詳情

Had a wonderful time. Hotel is relatively close to raceway, close to eateries, WalMart, etc. Had all the comforts and conveniences of home. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Love having total access to a kitchen complete with dishes and flatware. Staff was wonderful! Will be coming back in fall for next race. Thank you!

The hotel is conveniently located for the the places we went. It was clean and quiet. Having the kitchen was very handy. The jacuzzi was in need of repair when we were there. My only complaint is that breakfast doesn't start serving until 8:00 on weekends. The atmosphere was nice and the toom was very clean, but the big burner on the stove didn't work. The garbage disposal didn't work. The ice machine didn't work. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and the included continental brekfast was a nice touch. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

I like staying at the Chase because of the full kitchen. It makes a weeklong business trip a bit more relaxing because I didn't have to eat out every night.

Well, we were supposed to have a 2 bedroom but they didn't have it built yet?? Gave us 2 rooms @ the 1 rooms price instead. Can say the assistant manager did come in to do breakfast for our cheer group the next morning which was very nice. However the room we had reserved to practice in wasn't big enough and had to practice on basketball court.

there were ants, bugs and spiders in the room which no one took care of even after complaining

The rooms are clean -- the beds are comfortable, and you get a lot of space for your hotel dollar. It's convenient to the airport and restaurants (Wendy's next door -- Cracker Barrel and Ruby Tuesday's are a short walk -- and about 2 miles away is Zona Rosa, with nice shopping and several nicer restaurants). I think they price the room appropriately given the trade-offs here. Kitchen amenties were ok -- full fridge, stove and microwave. Utensils and cooking pans were limited. Breakfast is free. It's not great -- but it's good enough, and so it's a nice perk. Service is not overly friendly, but they were accessible so there are no problems there. Bottom-line -- if you're getting a good price on your room rate, and you really appreciate the extra space of a suite or a one- or two-bedroom room, this is a good hotel option. If you're looking for lots of comfort and perks and full service -- this is not the place for you. I'd go back and recommend this to family/friends with these caveats in mind. 詳情

Very pleasant place to stay. It was like a home away from home,and recommend it to anyone wanting a get away.

Here's what happen!!...Flew in from Calgary Alberta to LAX to catch a 2pm flight to Chicago. Arived in LA at 11:3OAM, that was okay. But my luggage didn't show up, had to wait until 2:30 pm. Got our luggage but now schedule for the 7pm flght to Chicago. This flght got delayed 2hrs. We left at 7:50pm arrv in Chicago 2:30 am. Went and grabbed our rental […] and got to Kansas about 11:am. The hotel was a wonderful way to have some quiet time off the road, but with ease of access to major roadways. I like the fact that some residents live there in the apartments...this made the stay as though I was in a small, quiet neighborhood. I felt safe.

The rooms are kind of condo style, small studios. Mostly clean, but nothing impressive inside. Just enough to be considered a studio. We went to the main office for breakfast about 30 minutes before breakfast was scheduled to end and found that all the hot food was gone, and just a few other items remained. At check-in it was discovered that I had booked the wrong night. Front desk staff was so helpful and courteous in getting us a room. They also have a park and ride package for this close to airport hotel.

was in an excellent location for us to stay all night, have a great breakfast, and then be transported to the KCI airport and dropped off at our check-in. When we arrived home, we called the hotel and they picked us up and transported us back to our truck at the hotel. Everything was great and we will stay there again.

Very spacious, nicely furnished room, especially for the price. We had a morning problem -- locked keys in our car -- and the desk staff helped find a taxi and a company to get us into the car. We'd stay there again if in the area.

I travel extensively and have been around the world ay many 4 and 5 star hotels. I have to say that staying at Chase was a pleasure- great location and would recommend.very close to airport with shuttle service. Flight at 7am took shuttle at 6am. Hotel 10 minutes from airport. Time to spare. Close to Zona Rosa with endless places to eat amd shop.

Excellent customer service. Comfortable bed! Close to restaurants and airport. Very pleased.

The hotel suite was perfect for me and my children. It was very spacious and had all the amenities of home. We had an issue with an unruly guest, but the hotel took care of it right away. I would definitely stay here again.

We were very comfortable in our suite, but disappointed in the quality of the breakfast provided. Our choices were extremely limited and most of what they presented did not even look appetizing. We stayed here based on a special rate, but it would not have been worth the money at the regular rate.

Place is run down not much for a get away. Exercise room beat up hot tub seasonal I give this two stars. Only because it was close to Zona Rosa I will drive further next time.

I can not say anything bad about this hotel except for the fact that their water pressure is the wqorst in history. Excellent and unique property but my god is the water pressure horrible

Great room for price rang. Drove from STL with wife and three dogs to visit my family in KC for holidays. Wife's family drove in from Omaha and stayed at the hotel as well. Visited KC family one day and cooked dinner at the hotel with Omaha family the next. Had two rooms which both had access to outside directly from our room (all the rooms have this). […] This worked great with the dogs. The full kitchen had every appliance we needed but only had BASIC cookware. If you do alot of cooking like we do bring what you think you will need(spatulas, galic press, extra pans and mixing bowls, etc.) We were in one of the older units so I am on the fence between 3 or 4 out of 5 stars. BUT, management is making a lot of improvements to the property and had we been in one of the newer rooms (like the Omaha family was in) it would be an easy 5/5. Staff was friendly. Worked out great and allowed us to see all the family in one city. We will be back the next time we are in town. 詳情

The way the units are numbered, makes it hard to find yours if you come back in the dark and you have to park in a completely different area. Also, while the fact that the walk ways don't go straight through might make it look a little more meandering, it adds to the confusion. Also, while I'm sure they cater more to the business traveler, it's not […] ALWAYS one lone person. New Years morning we go to make in room coffee, only to find it was a single cup pot, and there was only 1 packet of regular coffee, and one of decaf. Not a great start to the new year -we got a 1/2 off deal, so it wasn't TOO expensive, but even with what we did pay, we've stayed at other places, that were remarkably the same with the same rates, and those rates were regular rates- and they came with a full size coffee maker. this hotel is absolutely amazing Its like a mini condo wonderful location for 1... atmosphere is amazing the people were so nice. There were no loud neightbors. And loOOots of FREE parking . I LOOOVED IT..

One of the reasons we booked this hotel was that the information on hotels.com said the hotel had a free airport shuttle. Our flight arrived at 11 pm, though, and we learned that the hotel shuttle isn't available after 10 pm. If we'd known that, we never would have chosen this hotel. So we had to take a cab, and the hotel is not as close to the airport […] as we'd expected it to be. (We passed many other hotels that were closer.) The hotel itself is very nice, though, and the people at the front desk were great. The hotel is a small operation--for example, the young lady at the front desk was the person who drove us in the shuttle to the airport the next day! 詳情

The rooms were clean, the bed was great, but the show head and bathroom was substandard. The hotel needs some updating.

Great location, great service, great bargain!

Hotel is great the only problem we had was we needed to be at the airport at 5:00a.m. when I booked hotel they said it was no problem to get us there with the shuttle. Checked into hotel and found out that shuttle doesn't start till 6:00am had to pay for taxi. Just another expense.

This is one of the hidden Gems of Kansas City! I wish each major city had a hotel like this one. On all counts this is truly the best place to stay. It practically has a Studio apartment to yourself including full regular size kitchen with Stove, Refrigerator and Microwave. Believe it or not the room has a dishwasher too! The room is typically divided […] into two floor if you choose King Bed layout. Otherwise it is single floor. In either case like a Studio apartment, the floorplan is divided into Living Area, dining Area/kitchen and Sleeping area. All of these are distinctly separated from each other. This layout is not like Extended Stay where you do get all of this but its cramped like hell. At Chase, the room is at least 600 to 750 Sq. Ft. This gives you room to breathe. Unlike Extended Stay, you actually get complementary continental Breakfast. We had fresh boiled eggs, Home made English Muffins, Cereal and Oatmeal. The Cereal and Oatmeal had a choice of toppings. The Beverages also came with Mini Cookie Pie. Although we didn't use it, they do have basketball court, Swimming Pool and Business Office. 詳情
