Lovely villas. Like that they have relaxation pool for adults only.

Great rooms, large beds, large shower, nice balconies and great kitchen. Best stay in Phoenix!

Great location in Scottsdale. Nearby upscale shops within walking. Beautiful hotel adjacent to villas where we stayed. The only recommendation that we have is that there should be more of a direct path created to walk from the villas to the hotel. We found our way around the golf shop but this was a bit confusing. It took us a few days to realize that […] the Kierland Commons shops were on the path past the hotel. The place needs more sign markers. The location, amenities, room loveliness, and room comfort are all wonderful. They are commensurate with the price. However, the hotel staff, especially the guest concierge, if I can call her that, was pretty awful. We sat in the lobby waiting to check in and the "lady at the desk" didn't greet us or tell us that she'd be with us in a moment. We waited […] for 10 minutes while she chatted with a young couple, until we politely broke into the conversation and asked her if we were at the check-in desk. We were informed that the empty desk to the right was the check in desk and she would call someone to service us. The woman at the check-in desk was kind and efficient and let us know that the other woman would give us a welcome gift and bottled water. When we approached her a second time for our gift and bottled water, the guest concierge/marketing woman told us that she was out of water. We asked her if she was able to obtain some water for us and she reluctantly admitted that she could. She asked us to come back in 15 minutes, and we were willing, but our room was some distance away from the lobby and we were rather tired and road weary, so once in the room, we decided to forgo a return to the lobby. Before leaving for another long day of driving, we stopped by the lobby to see if we could get the bottled water. We felt that the marketing/concierge lady was annoyed with us for asking. My wife and I just stayed for 5 days and we would recommend this to both couples and families. Our room was clean and comfortable. Service was great and the stay was relaxing. The family pool had a lot of activities for the kids and the adults had their own pool to lounge. It was a romantic stay for us and we were close to local establishments and the […] rooms were perfect for us. Not once did the noise from the family pool ever become noticeable or distracting. I stayed with friends in the larger suite 800+ sq feet - plenty of space, clean, foldout bed was comfortable, rollaway bet availalbe etc. Makes it easy to pool resources w friends or bring your whole family. Walls are fairly thin - we heard kids early in the morning on two of our three days in the room next door. You have access to all the main hotel […] ameneties which is great bec that pool area looked awesome at the Main Hotel even though we never used it (too cold out) - pool area at Villas was also nice though. No restaurant at Villas but a short walk to main hotel gives you access to good food, brunch, bar, etc. Checkout time is my only complaint - firm at 10 a.m. much earlier than other hotels. Also, valet staff is quick to get you a cab/Town Car/SUV for transport but be very careful about the taxi / limo towncar rates. You MUST get them to commit to a flat rate quote up front or you will get taken for a "ride" - we overpaid 3 times outbound before we figured this out. Inbound cab rates from same location we were dropped off at were nearly 1/2 outbound rate. It's a "Scottsdale" thing I'm told - no restrictions on what they can charge apparently...maybe rent a car if you don't plan on going to bars! 詳情

My husband and I loved our weekend getaway at the Westin Keirlands! The villas are absolutely beautiful and the pool with slide & lazy river was fantastic!

No complaints. Loved it. Beutiful property, nice pools, comfy rooms, and helpful friendly staff.
