The people there were very helpful & cheerful. I would like to thank you Jennifer, Ashley & Brian.... They are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely go to Boston again and of course, will stay at W Hotel. I like the Accura Service. You can book the car at the frontdesk and they will take you to the destination which is within 3 miles away from the hotel. If your next travel destination is Boston, I would recommend you to stay at W Hotel Boston.
