Location is good but the website did not have clear instruction for how to access from airport to hotel. Hotel should also let us know the shuttle bus schedule and where to wait. The reception should upgrade their english.

Overall suits the purpose of my stay in Seoul

I'm an American business traveler so the Ibis Ambassador in Seoul worked really well for me. All of the staff spoke English, bed was comfortable, room was small but comfortable, 2 or 3 English TV channels, free WiFi, located close to subway convenience stores and Starbucks. The only complaint I have is with the thermostat. Evidently the Ibis does not […] turn on its air conditioner until the summer. My room was 26 C which is too warm for me to sleep. I could however open the window to my room which helped. Additionally, the hotel provided me with a fan that helped to cool down the room too. A pretty good solution to address my needs. Great hotel for a short stay-close to everything in the business area of Gangnam.

If you don't spend much time at the hotel but use it as a place to sleep, it is good.

Good location. KAL Airport shuttle bus stop in front of hotel. Samseong Metro station is 5 minutes walking distance. some good restaurants open until mid night. Very friendly reception staff.I think one of the best hotel in Seoul. I recommend this hotel.

My husband and myself are satisfied of this hotel. Although it is not in shopping area, they are still very convenient. We easily to take #6704 airport bus and stop across the street in front of the hotel. It is only 4 blocks away to the metro line 2. If we go to Seoul again, we will stay this hotel again.

Great hotel and great price. The bed wasn't very comfortable, and the room was non smoking but the bathroom smelled like cigarettes. Otherwise the room was great and just what we needed.

I have stayed at the Ibis Seoul Ambassador many times in the past few years. I like it because it has none of the pretentiousness of some of the other larger hotels. Clean room with comfortable bed. English speaking staff vere helpful. Shuttle bus to CALT (check time). Wifi in rooms.

Clean hotel. facilities as expected for a fine 3 star...although the rate seemed high to me for a 3 star facility.

Their bed was soft and very comfortable so I had a good sleep. But their bathroom does not have a bathtub so if you want to soak into warm water, you have to go to their Sauna and pay extra. This hotel is located close to shopping and restaurants in a very nice area. The hotel offers basic services only, but wireless internet is free. Rooms are small and you can easily hear conversations in neighboring rooms. However, considering the cost I would say this is a pretty good value for money

The hotel is very nice and the staff are nice and helpful. If you don't have a computer there are several free PCs in the lobby. The only issue I had is that the hotel is not particularly convenient to the palaces and other sights. However, taxis in Seoul are very cheap for those paying in US dollars.

The hotel is conveniently located, and within a few minutes walk to COEX. The hotel room is a bit small but is overall quite clean. The reception staff however are a bit slow in providing the services.

Hotel was decent quality and reasonably priced for Seoul, about 10 minute walk to subway and on other side of river from where most of the action is for tourists and most business visitors.

It is a surprisingly nice hotel for only 3 stars rating. Rooms are small but comfortable. The saunas and gym are also nice. The hotel is in a nice location with easy access to the subway, coex mall, restaurants, the airport bus terminal and really a nice temple.

Very well located hotel. Excellent price, great service, free internet. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Nice service, a lot of smiles, no problem. Of course you shouldn't expect luxury service, the bathrooms are quite empty compared to korean motels or more expensive hotel (just a hairdryer, soap and shapoo ; no shaving mousse or whatever). Nevertheless, for its price, it was really good, and there is a good buffer restaurant on the 2nd floor at a reasonable […] price. まず、ロケーションは非常に良いです。地下鉄の三成駅から歩いてすぐ、コンビニや銀行が近くに多数、KALのリムジンバスがホテルの向かい側に停まる点は満足です。フロントの対応は普通。英語は通じますが、日本語は通じないと考えておいたほうがいいでしょう。マイナスの点ですが、部屋が狭いのと壁が薄いので物音が結構響きます。深夜に隣室がシャワーを使ってればその音で目が覚めてしまうかも知れません。また、エアコンの温度調整がうまくいかない点、シャワーカーテンがないのでトイレまで足元がびしょ濡れになる点もマイナスです。なお、無線LANは客室でも快適に使用出来ました。

江南からも近く、ビジネスで滞在するには良いホテルです。バスターミナルや駅からも徒歩圏内で、とても便利な立地です。スポーツジムもサウナ、大浴場、マッサージルームの設備もありますので、充実した宿泊ができます。近隣にはコンビニもレストランも多数あって、とても便利でした。

호텔스닷컴을 통한 싯가보다 저렴한 예약. 엘리베이터 탑승시에도 방키를 꽂아야 작동하므로, 안전문제는 괜찮다고 봤음. 침구가 청결하고 괜찮았음. 호텔에서 나가자마자 간이식당과 편의점이 있음. 멤버십카드를 만들면, la Table 식당에서 10퍼 즉시할인받을 수 있어서 좋은듯. 저렴하게 예약해서 그런가... 방이 외풍이 너무 심해서 엄청 추웠음... 비치된 세정제가 샴푸와 바디샴푸 겸용이라, 신랑이 경악함^^; 이 개념이 가능한 거냐면서. 욕실콘센트에 먼지가 심하게 껴있었음. 전기주전자가... 코일형이었는데, 코일에 잘게 녹이 슬어있어서 쓰기 싫어서 안썼음. 전반적으로 방 상태가 호텔소개 페이지 사진과 상당히 달랐음. […] 가장 저렴해서 젤 안좋은 방으로 배정받으로 사료됨. 로비 직원 2명 중, 1명은 일본어가 좀 되는데, 나머지 1명은 전혀 안되어 일본관광객 접객 및 안내가 제대로 안되는 것을 2번 관찰. 詳情

親子三人（1歳）で泊まったので、部屋は狭くスーツケースを広げるのが大変でした。アメニティは揃っていたがハブラシは有料でした。バスタブなし。 金浦空港まではタクシーで朝九時すぎの出発で26000Ｗでした。(参考まで）

シングルベット2台という部屋で予約したにも関わらず、ダブルベットが一つ置いてあるだけ部屋でした。フロントにクレームをしても、そもそもこのホテルにはシングル2台の設定がない、hotel.comへクレームをしてほしいとのことで取り合ってもらえなかった。本当にシングルはあるのか不明。hotel.comの設定は問題ないのでしょうか？ホテル代を請求したい。

当初予定では、ミョンドンのイビスに泊まるつもりが、コールセンターとの電話口での手違いにより已む無く宿泊。 金浦空港についたのが22:30頃、地下鉄に乗ったのが23:20頃。 「終点です」とカタコトの日本語で乗客からアナウンスされ、 見知らぬ駅で降ろされた。 夜遅く金浦につくなら、最初からタクシー乗ることをお勧めします。 ちなみに、ホテルから東大門まで模範タクシーで移動しても14,000ウォン。 東大門からのタクシーはボッタクリのタクシーに乗ってしまい90,000ウォン。 セブンイレブンは徒歩5分圏内に2つ、 ドトール的なカフェも徒歩圏内に多数あり。 夕飯を食べるような店は見当たらず。 日本語ができる方が多いので、不自由しませんでした。

　日本を離れる３日前に予約いたしました。市内のホテルが混んでいて、ようやくここ予約できました。シングル（ダブルサイズのベッド）で日本のビジネスホテルの価格でした。 　駅からは少し距離があるらしいですね。私は仕事でしたから、高速バスターミナルからタクシーできました。日本円で600円だったでしょうか。次の日は、またタクシーでインサドンまで行きました。日本円で1000円ほどでした。 　タクシーは、ホテルの前で停車してます。ポーターさんが荷物を載せてくれました。 　部屋は、シャワーだけでしたが快適でした。内装も明るい色調で気分が華やぎました。 　豪華ホテルのような広さはありませんでしたが、日本の一般的なビジネスホテルよりもグレードが高い印象でした。次回また泊まりたいです。

部屋の窓を開ければビルの壁しか見えず、洗面台も狭く シャワーも上手に使わないとトイレの方にお湯が出て・・・ 最悪でした。　今までで一番最低でした。 5泊もするのにせめて景色の良い部屋にして欲しかったですね。 交通の便も不便で、バスに乗って電車の駅まで移動しないといけないし・・・

Every thing is good but parking space. it is such a hard time to get in to the parking space. there is a lot of paint on the wall.

虽然IBIS的位置不是在首尔的市中心区，但因为周围环境优雅、商务氛围浓厚，给人的整体感觉不错。便捷的机场巴士和2号地铁线也给出行带来了方便。就是酒店房间有点小，但非常整洁，设施也还不错，比较适合自费旅游的客人居住。可能是因为假期的原因， 价格略显得高了些。

バスターミナルも近いので金浦・仁川空港共に アクセス良し。部屋もバスタブが無い以外は 非常に清潔です。

Couldn't believe the value available at the center of Kangnam. Everything was beyond the value that my budget was set, which made the stay outstanding experience and convince me to spread the value to other people, especially to my colleagues. Loved the value. Thanks.

日本から３泊、ソウル観光目的で利用させていただきました。個人の利用です。 日本語も通じる従業員の対応は良く、部屋も日本並みに清掃の行きとどいた、気持のいいホテルです。静かで、隣の部屋の音はなにも聞こえなかったです。 欠点は、ミョンドンまでタクシーで30～１時間ぐらい、地下鉄なら１時間ほどかかるところです。地下鉄利用なら駅まで15分ほど歩かねばなりません。 私ははじめてのソウルだったので、見るものすべてが斬新で、面倒というより、むしろ好奇な目で町の様子を見ながら楽しんで歩いてましたが、足腰の弱いお年寄りの方などは少し注意したほうが良いと思います。 出入口を出て右の方にすぐソルロンタンのおいしい店がありますので、ぜひ。日本語通じるし、日本語で書かれたメニューもあります。ただし、キムチを全 […] 部入れると日本人には辛すぎて食べれない可能性大なので気を付けてださい。 詳情

料金に惹かれて、予約したのですが、周辺もカフェや飲食店、BAR、そして足をのばせばCOEXと、とにかく便利でした！ タクシーで運転手が場所わからなくても、「COEX！POSCO！イビス！」と言えば、ほぼ通じました。 とにかくお勧めです！
