Rude, unhelpful and spiteful staff on the front desk. Very small room for 2 people without luggage.. Imagine if the 2 people have a suite case each., no room at all.

Overall this Hotel is reasonable in comparisson to other Hotels I stayed in ony my 3 trips to this part of Dusseldorf so far. The purpose of my trip was business not pleasure. I thought the rooms were a little smokey but not bad in comparison to other hotels. I did not eat the food but the location is excellent and the they give you a free travel pass […] around the city which saves you on unnecessary taxi trips (I care about reducing my companies costs). The staff at reception were patient and friendly so no complaints there. The internet is not included which is my only compaint but this seems to be the norm in all the Hotels I have stayed in so far. There are other hotels which are far more expensive but I recommend using T-Mobile or Hotspot account. 詳情

I liked this hotel, it was in a great location and the hotel lobby was very nice. We had requested a no-smoking room when booking but were not given one. I brought this up when checking in but the receptionist was not helpful at all. Other than that we were happy with this hotel.

The hotel is in easy walking distance from the main train station in Duesseldorf. Simply turn left at the exit to the town centre. If you try to reach the hotel by car you will have bad luck as it is situated on a restricted road. The car park mentioned together with the hotel is 2 pedestrians crossings away on another main road. The hotel has a tram stop right in front of it which allows you to reach almost every important location in Duesseldorf without using the car. Bra läge nära centralstationen, ej fritt internet men rent och fräscht.

中央駅から、徒歩５分と、利便性がよく、お部屋は古いですが、静かで快適でした。交通の激しい通りに面していないため、それほどお部屋のアタリ外れはないと思います。フロント対応もよく、朝食付きのプランなのにコストパフォーマンスがよく満足です。レンタカーがあったので、駐車場を確保する必要がありましたが、ホテルから１００ｍと近接の公共駐車場を紹介してくれ、提携のため、１日１０ユーロ以下と、これは納得でした。駐車場の情報は事前にはわからなかったのと、ナビにホテルの正確な住所を表示できなかったので、探すのに苦労したのが、一番不満な点です。ですが、これは、自分のせいでもあるので、あまり参考にしないでくださいね。レンタカーでも電車でもアクセスがよく、治安の良い、静かな立地でした。ただ、買い物、食事の中心である旧 […] 市街までは徒歩１０～１５分と、街の真ん中には位置していないことは、予め了承しておきましょう。 詳情

Erittäin hyvä sijainti - vain pari minuuttia rautatieasemalta ja raitiovaunupysäkki heti hotellin edessä. Lähellä ostosaluetta. Muutoin tavanomainen, siisti perushotelli.

Huoneesta puuttui TV, joka tuotiin sinne vasta parin päivän kuluttua ja lasite oli vanha ja huono kuva. Huoneessa ei ollut saippuaa eikä vaateripustimia. ne tuotiin vasta pyydettäessä seuraavana päivänä.

Rommet var rent og pent, badet var absolutt godkjent! Var ikke klar over at frokost ikke var inkl. i prisen, så der fikk jeg meg en liten overaskelse! Temmelig dyr frokost, så det står jeg over neste gang! Mer en nok av plasser å spise på rett ved hotellet til en rimeligere penge! Jernbanestasjonen ligger noen få minutters gange fra hotellet, så det […] er enkelt å komme til og fra! Man ser faktisk hotellet fra stasjonen, så du trenger ikke engang være kjent! Kan absolutt anbefale dette hotellet, og vil gjerne bruke det igjen når jeg skal tilbake hit neste år! Zimmer im tadellosen Zustand. Leider war 1 Lift nicht in Betrieb, das als Mangel. Wegen der Lage des Zimmers war es etwas laut, da das Zimmer zur vielbefahrenen Strasse lag. Aber im gross und ganzen ok !

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in Bahnhofnähe und hat einen direkten S-Bahnanschluss vor der Türe. Für Gäste mit Auto besteht die Möglichkeit das Auto in einem nahegelegenem Parkhaus zu einem vergünstigten Tarif während des Aufenthalts unterzustellen. Die Zimmer sind ausreichend gross und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet (TV, Fön, etc.). Unser Zimmer […] lag auf der Rückseite des Hotels und war somit auch nachts sehr ruhig. Die Sauberkeit der Teppichböden im gesamten Hotel liess zwar etwas zu wünschen übrig (überall undefinierbare Flecken), aber sonst machte das Hotel einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Ein grosses Plus: jeder Gast erhält beim Check-In eine gratis Fahrkarte für den ÖV für die Dauer des Aufenthalts. 詳情

Mycket nära järnvägsstationen, trots det relativt lugnt. Väldigt hård säng.

En stekhet sommardag kom vi till ett svettigt Düsseldorf och några få steg från hauptbahnhof fann vi vårt hotell. Fräscht, med rymmliga och svala rum. God frukost, generöst med färska frukter.
