Hotel manager did not know how to input guest from booking online to his booking system, kind of slow, we got to hotel at 11:30 pm , we got our room until 1:45 am, (we were unable to get into our rooms because of this,) we didn't get to sleep till almost 2:30 am, this was the worst experience ever, the hotel room was great, I feel that if you are going […] to leave someone in charge they should be completely trained and deliver the best service, after all this room was not really cheap. 詳情

Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. View was fantastic. Grounds and pool were gorgeous. Loved having the space in the Villas!

The premises were beautiful.The pool was great and the staff at the outdoor bar was great also.Our room was disappointing however for what we paid. It was not very roomy.Our shower didn't drain, we didn't have coffee.

Nice stay. Suite was in quiet location of the resort. Nice pool and bar area. Good location for shopping trip to Desert Ridge Mall, and also short drive to Paradise Valley Mall. Close to a number of excellent golf courses including Wildfire on doorstep. Didn't use the Desert Ridge hotel facilities so can not comment.

One of the best Marriott's I've ever stayed at. Villas were spacious, kitchens have granite counters, the shower was amazing, staff great & very willing to make your stay a wonderful one! Had the USA Today delivered to my door every morning at no charge. 3 glorious pools to choose from, one just for the kids & quite large! Close to Desert Ridge Marketplace […] (excellent shopping/eating, by the way) & the 101 freeway. 2 exits away from Scottsdale Road & MORE eating & shopping!!! Ich wohnte anläßlich einer Konferenz in dem Hotel. Ich hatte ein recht kleines Zimmer, das aber mit großem Kühlschrank, Toaster und Spüle ausgetattet war, so dass man zumindest im Zimmer frühstücken konnte. Super Pool! Aufgrund der abgelegenen Lage ist ein Mietwagen unbedingt zu empfehlen - z.B. für Fahrten zum Einkaufszentrum, Wanderausflüge, Grand […] Canyon etc.!
