Holiday Inn Express & Suites North Lima - 北利馬

I didn't want to stay at one of those cheap hotels. I knew I would be more relaxed if I stayed at Holiday Inn Express. I was not disappointed. Thank you.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was hot. The pool was well maintained it was a great visit.

smoking is allowed on the 3rd floor and the smell is unbearable in the non smoking rooms on that floor. Hotel was able to move us to the first floor after complaining.

For the money they charge for a room they should've had a fridge and microwave. I requested a non smoking room on hotels.com but when I got to the hotel they told me that I had booked a smoking room. I was able to get a non smoking room but the room stank like old smoke from smokers. The only upside to this was the breakfast. Very clean and it was a […] full breakfast. Enjoyed the stay very relaxe an comfortable stay.

This must be the worst place in the HI franchise. Room was filthy with smoke and I'm surprised there were no bedbugs

We reserved a nonsmoking room due to allergies and asthma. Upon arrival, they gave us a smoking room which reeked of smoke. Our allergies and asthma immediately acted up. When we told the front desk staff about the situation, they DID NOT CARE! They refused to change our room or to offer any help to the problem at all. If we were to cancel our reservation […] at that point, we would lose our money. So we were forced to stay. We are reporting the incident to corporate and will NEVER stay at a Holiday Inn again...especially this one! 詳情
