Everything about our stay was fine except that when we arrived, we found out that the pool was not open due to the health department having shut it down due to the chlorinator not working.

I love to stay at the Broadway....however and I have commented on this before--they need to maintain their hallways and keep the carpets clean! First impression before getting to your room! Complimentary breakfast service Excellent. Hot tub and pool not available for entire duration of stay. Front desk persons very helpful and polite. Hallway and stairs carpet in dire need of cleaning, but rooms were recarpeted so I am sure these areas will be the same. Very clean breakfast area. Easy access location in a not so good neighborhood.

Nothing special. Mediocre breakfast. There was a sewage smell for part of the time we were there in the hallways. Nice and close to the jail. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was in the back of the motel, next to an outside exit and all the vending machines..... very loud and not at all restful.

My family and I stopped for the night on our way to Pennsylvania. The hotel was pretty clean, staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was perfect for our family of 6. We checked in late at night and was surprised to see such beautiful scenery around us in the morning.

We have stayed there 3 times now and have been satisfied all 3 times. Recommend the King rooms over the double queens tho and sometimes the breakfast is better than others.

I needed find a way to poke a hole in my daughters shoe strap. I called the front desk and they found a helper that found me a hammer and a screw. She even brought a gentleman that was off the clock to come help us. My daughter was participating in the Miss Teen MT USA Pageant in the morning and they helped me get her shoes ready!

I had a great stay here. It is not luxury by any means, but they were very friendly and accommodating. My room had everything I needed, bed was comfortable enough and the bathroom had good water pressure and was pretty clean. I would recommend this place if you're looking for somewhere affordable and convenient to the airport and downtown.

My one disappointment about the room would be the heating/air conditioning unit. There was no way to just leave the fan running. The problem with this was there was no "white noise" to mask noisy neighbors and the occasional loud vehicle. Consquently, I got no sleep. I would stay here again, just bring my own white noise machine or fan.

Rooms were clean, and smelled like it as well, without use of artificial air fresheners. The window opened which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel staff adhered to the procedures not to launder towels if re-hung which was a little touch of green-ness. The staff kindly stored a cake in the hotel refrigerator for us. The front desk staff was efficient […] and responded crisply. The bad - the corridor carpets were incredibly stained with spilled drinks. Thinking how nice it would be to have a king sized bed, my husband & I looked forward to our stay. When the king sized bed is broke in the middle and you both have to sleep in the "hole" and can't move - it was terrible!!

I had booked 5 rooms for my group that drove 11 hours to get down to Missoula. When we arrived, it took almost 15 minutes just to check in to our already prepaid room. I had booked the rooms under various names prior to deciding who was staying in which room. Some rooms had to be switched, and so were not under the correct names. So, I checked into […] a room that wasn't under my name, although I made all the reservations and had already paid for all of the rooms. Then, I was told by the clerk to "have some patience since you're the one that screwed up!" Worst service I've ever received. I had to call the front desk twice to complain about the people partying next door. Finally, about 4 am I was able to sleep. I was at the front desk at 8 am to switch rooms since the neighbors would be there again the next night. Apparently, there had been many complaints and should have been kicked out. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was ok. I've stayed in worse. Bathroom was clean. Sheets were clean. Shower was good. Carpets throughout hotel were gross. Never took my socks off. Bed was surprisingly comfortable, but covering had stains that looked like blood. Eww. Non-smoking room smelled like smoke.

Most reviews are right, Carpet inside is in need of cleaning/replacement. Other than that the bed was comfortable, staff pleasent and a good location. Pool was quiet and despite being outside it was nice to have fresh air when sitting in the hot tub. Price was right for the purpose of my trip so I will definately be a repeat customer.

I was impressed with the friendliness of all the staff. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. This Hotel was centrally located had a great bar to watch the games and the out door patio was awesome. The out door pool was the warmest hotel pool I have ever been in. Usually pools are freezing cold.
