Courtyard by Marriott Texarkana - 德克薩卡納

I have stayed at other Marriott and was bless here has a bitter taste and I don't like it.

made reservations for visiting relatives....extremely satisfied with room and all amenities, staff very friendly and helpful

Very nice hotel. Should not have a restaurant if there is a charge or should display a sign at the dining entrance announcing the charge. Otherwise we had a comfortable overnight stay

room was great - very clean, lobby was very nice and the staff was friendly and helpful. negatives were the pool heater was not working and the hot tub didn't work at all. the maintenence man we talked to not only couldn't fix either one, he had no idea if the parts were even ordered to fix them.

This was my first time staying @ this hotel. I was travelling on family business to a neighboring city with my 5 year old. The hotel staff is EXTREMELY friendly, efficient, and helpful. The hotel was in pristine condition. The rooms are slightly smaller, but set up in a way that they felt more user-friendly and open than neighboring hotel's rooms. The […] pool and workout room were in clean, well-maintained condition. The coffee was HOT and fresh, even late in the evening when we decided to talk a stroll around the property. We were very pleased with our room, everything was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a very comfortable stay.

Hotel was very nice, however our room never got good and cool. We were warm all night and slept with no covers!

Clean bldg and room, comfortable bed, great AC good service, good parking, Stairwell carpeted and well lighted, security good, felt safe. Side doors secure. Hard to get to off I 30 because of construction, tub did not look like it was hand scrubbed, clean but residue was evident, more of a spray and rinse cleaning. Good stay and would stay again.

The hotel and staff were great. Due to road construction, it was a bit challenging to find hotel in the dark. I recommend you put detailed driving directions on your website. I had to call hotel for directions once I arrived.

We stayed one night at this hotel and it was a great experience. The room was very clean and we really liked the setup of the room. We had no problems and enjoyed a restful night. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone passing through texarkana.

Stayed at The Courtyard by Marriot in Texarkana returning home from a Thanksgiving vacation. Room was clean and hotel was nice but the beds where hard and not as comfortable as other hotels I have stayed in at this price range. Bedside light fixture also did not work properly. The absolute final straw was the fact that the hotel mentioned a breakfast […] buffet but not the fact that it was not free. We arrived and started eating when 10 minutes into the meal the attendent at the buffet presented a bill. Worst part was that the buffet was completely empty by the time we arrived @ 9:30 am. It was supposed to be offered until 10:30 am and they ran out of food. Brought this up to management and was only offered a comp for my two children's meals and made me and my wife pay for ours even though we only had a half plate's worth of food. I told them to bill it to my room. Marriot has lost my business for good with this screw up. 詳情
