We very much enjoyed our stay except of course there were many children in the hotel and close to our room as well as above our room the children were very loud until 11:00 or 11:30 at night. The Hotel room was very comfortable and the staff very nice. I would recommend this hotel to others and we stay there again I'm sure.

This was a perfect location because of where I was working during my stay. The hotel's shuttle service made it possible for me to avoid car rental, and I got to where I needed to be without any delays. The hotel itself is extremely comfortable, and I recommend it without hesitation.

Hotel was nice. Breakfast was better than most hotels I have stayed at. The comfort of the room was less than desirable. I could not change the temp of the room. It was way too hot to sleep. I had to open the window to get in cool air so that I could get to sleep.

We had a wonderful stay here, very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is to loosen the restrictions on the waterpark. My very mature 12 year old was kicked out within about 2 minutes for not having parental supervision, even though I was on the way with my younger child. Great hotel for the kids. Nice selection to the breakfast, nicely maintained. Very clean rooms and breakfast area. However, it was absolutley frigid in our room. We tried to use the thermostat, to no luck. Called the front desk and had a young kid come down, take the front plate off and hit reset. Worked for about 5 min and then back to freezing. Nothing extra fancy, just basic. Great little water park for kids. Rooms are comfy. Towels are a little scratchy...actually left my son's face raw. Breakfast is good for free breakfast.

Hotel was nice, pretty clean but starting to show signs of wear and tear. The only real complaint I have about the hotel was the sound transfer between floors. My wife and i could hear the kids running and playing on the floor above us and at times it did get a little annoying. Other than that a good place

The motel looked brand new. The room was very spacious and much more than I expected for the price. We didn't use the pool area, but our grandsons would have loved to play in the indoor "water park" if they had been with us. The breakfast was complete with fresh made waffles, eggs, gravy and bisquits. Also pastries, fruit, cereal, and yogurt.

Excellent hotel and staff. But, only negative is high car prowl area and no security cams, etc. externally. Listed on the crime blotter weekly. Not the hotels fault, some visible cameras would be a deterrent.

Our family enjoyed our stay and would definately go back. Staff was very helpful and accomodating. Breakfast was adequate but could have been better. The carpet in our room was so disgusting we didn't even want to take our shoes off. It was stained in more places than I could count. The carpet in the hall was not much better. The kids really loved the indoor waterside...perfect for the ages of five and eight. A few changes could make this a 5/5 hotel. Firstly, we could not get WiFi service on the 3rd floor, they need to upgrade their router. Secondly, the young lady at check in was exceptional, but the lad at checkout needs to work on his pleasantry and helpfulness. When we check in we were not told that the air conditioning for the entire hotel was on the fritz. We suffered through the first night and went to the desk. We were assured that the AC would be fixed that morning. When we returned to our room after supper, the room temp was 78 and climbing. My son throroughly enjoyed the water park here. Rooms were clean and modern. Breakfast had one of the better arrays of the hotels i've stayed in that are in this price range. We'll definitely be back again.
