On our first full day (Friday) we left the room for several hours.When we returned the room was not cleaned; we had no fresh towels; beds were not made, etc. We called the front desk to complain. They had no explanation for why the maid had not cleaned our room. All they could offer were fresh towels. I believe the maid was Hispanic (I saw her only […] briefly) and possibly did not understand our request. The next day (Saturday) we informed another maid (a black woman; I think her name was Pat), that our room had not been cleaned the previous day. It was not her fault, of course, but she cleaned our room very well, and it left us feeling better. We were not planning to return to the hotel since the first maid had angered us, but Pat set things right again, and we are grateful. 詳情

I had to ask the front desk assistant at 0130 am in the morning to ask other guest in rooms to stop excessive noise level. It seems multi attemps and other guest complaints had done no good. she did call the police upon my request and was very courteous and understanding in re to situation. We have stayed at this hotel each of the last three years as we travel from Pa to Fl in February. We have seen a decline in services. It appears they are cutting corners. They offer a "happy hour" each evening. We were impressed at their hospitality the first year. However, this year their "food" was merely a handfull of nachos. Room was very clean & spacious. Excellent value, hot breakfast was a definatel plus. We will stay again our next visit to Savannah.

Near Savannah Airport and so convenient. Friendly staff.

I wanted to stay close to the highway, so I picked this hotel. It turned out to be an excellent suite with full kitchen and utensils! It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Full breakfast (hot) in the morning was nice too!

Convenient to airport. Great staff.

We were driving down to Orlando and wanted to break up the drive. The hotel was perfect for us. It was right off the highway at the airport (easy to find) and large with 2 rooms, a very good breakfast and friendly service.

This is a great place to stay. great location, neat hotel. nice breakfast. we stayed with our kids . kids have pull out sofa bed, that is not comfortable, so if you have kids , make sure you ask for two full or queen beds..

The King suite was much bigger than we thought it was going to be! The TV in the bedroom area didn't work, but we were just looking for a nice, clean, convenient place to sleep and that's just what we got.

Miss Mary and Robbie made our stay very enjoyable. You need to extend happy hour to 7 days a week.

The price was GREAT! The hotel was very clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfy. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hot breakfast was awesome, you get eggs, sausage gravy and biscuits, waffles, muffins, cereal, fruit, juice, and great tasting coffee. It's only about ten minutes from downtown Savannah. This is an excellent hotel. Convenient to the highway, clean, friendly and at a very good price too. The only thing that we didn't care for was the girl who worked at the breakfast bar acted like she really didn't want to be there. But they had a good breakfast and the beds were VERY COMFY!!! Large rooms too.

Well I will say, this was not the pick of the litter! When we arrived in the room we were very tired and wanted to shower and go to bed. When my daughter went in the bathroom there was hair on the floor, in the tub and also in the bath towel! How disgusting! I travel to Savannah once a month and have tried several other area hotels and keep coming back to this one. Friendly, clean and good breakfast.

Very clean, very courteous staff. Room was great for our family of 3 and we could have held more.

This hotel was beyond comfortable! We would stay here at every opportunity.

Great location if you need to be by the airport. Nice big flat screen in the suite. The rooms were big and nice, but the sheets and towels were pretty scratchy and the hallways had a very bad odor.

The room was very nice, modern and very clean, beds comfortable, great location to airport, particularly for an early flight. Also easy trip to and from Hilton Head or Savannah and River Street if you have a bit of spare time.

The hotel was great. The room was nice. The only drawback was road noise. I would gladly stay there again.

This is our 4th stay at this hotel. This is our rest stop very spring as we drive down to Florida. The hotel is close enough to Historic Savannah without paying a lot for a hotel! We like to stay here because it's conviently located off the I95 and the sightseeing we enjoy. This year we noticed that the hotel is aging and the rooms are not as clean […] and spectacular as the years before. We noticed stains in the carpet and by the kitchen area. We also noticed that they downsized the breakfast! In recent years we were amazed by the choices available at breakfast. On this stay there was not much available as was in recent years. We also noticed that there are new hotels in the surrounding area and will likely stay in one of those on our next ride down to Florida! 詳情

My stay started with an extremely pleasant greeting from the front desk... I was given clear directions to the elevator and in which direction I should turn to get to my room. The room was spacious, well laid out and very clean. The bedding was aesthetically pleasing and the bed itself comfortable. When I checked out the staff was very helpful in getting […] the shuttle for the 3 minute ride to the airport. Obviously, the location was optimal in it's proximity to the airport. Staff were very friendly and corrected our room assignment immediately to a two bed room which we requested. Furniture was a bit shabby but other than that, it was clean and comfortable.

Quick service / Clean, large room. For what more could one ask?

Enjoyed the double queen with kitchenette. Came in late night. Had some soup and oatmeal to warm up for the kids. Happy to find a diswasher. Made the morning much easier.

I was very pleased with this hotel. Right off I-95 which was very convenient. The staff was very nice, the hotel was very very clean. Would stay here on my next trip up to New York.
