"Avoid this hotel"
We were very disappointed with this hotel. Having received a non-smoking room, we were placed on a hall where rooms on the opposite side of the hall were smoking. In the evening we noticed a very strong smell of smoke entering our room from the hallway. When we mentioned that fact to the front desk, they were very unconcerned and unhelpful. Although […] the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom clean, the carpet appeared dirty and the room had an unclean odor. The microwave in our room had not been cleaned and smelled of food. Also, the breakfast was terrible--and we weren't expecting anything spectacular. The fresh fruit was mushy and the pastries and bagels stale. "If you r on a smoking floor its a smoking room...!"
We were given a room on a smoking floor that was supposed to be a non smoking room..Well ... going to bed and waking up in a cloud of smoke is what happened. So terribly disgusting. Never take the 4th floor!! Front desk could care less about any complaints that were made. "Served its purpose"
The room we were in was a double bed. The room was clean and the staff was nice. The mattress must have been old because it sank in the middle. The breakfast was what you would expect from a free breakfast. The place must be pet friendly because there were plenty of dogs barking when we stayed there. We also asked for a non-smoking room but the room […] we got smelled like smoke.
