酒店前臺員工極好。我們從新加坡打電話給他們，他們安排了酒店的運輸機，價格700 bhat......當我們到達那裡感覺非常安全......行程大約45分鐘......酒店建在一座山旁邊，有海景......沒有電梯......如果你喜歡帶著行李爬樓梯，那麼這就完美了.....三個按摩泳池......靠近海灘餐廳和很好的足部按摩......總之，我一定會再住在這裡......無線上網免費......

房間價格相當高。酒店坐落在普吉島最繁忙的海灘之一。周圍有一些餐廳和俱樂部，是的，隔壁就是沙灘。這是某種方式的補償了：周圍(Kuron)沒有Patong的氣氛，而且完全不安靜和休閒。游泳池小，房間裡的空調太吵了，蓋過了電視機的聲音。我換了2個房間，但是沒差別。但你可以租一個小摩托或者乘計程車不到十分鐘就到Patong（大約8歐元）。

Enjoyed my stay at Best Western Ocean Resort. Even though the hotel was fully booked being the high season month of January, managed to have a peaceful and relaxing stay as I was lucky to stay in a room up on the 5th floor with great views across the town of Karon. Really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was just a short walk to one of the nicest beaches in Phuket. The regular drivers at the taxi stand outside were reasonable. The three outdoor swimming pools were ideal for sunset swims. Even the minor plumbing problem in my bathroom was handled immediately.

The location of this hotel is it's strongest point, Reception area was nice and the staff were very helpful. My room had a dripping water pipe in the bathroom during my entire stay (8 days) so general maintenace is not good.

Location is great for walking access to Karon beach, places to eat/shop/massage etc. Hotel grounds were very nice. Rooms were very clean. Bed was very uncomfortable by western standards. Eventually we complained and they brought an additional pad to make it more comfortable. Room also had a bit of a funny smell. Perhaps due to the age of the place. […] The breakfast wasn't included in the hotel room rate. So it cost an additional 535 Bhat per day for two people to have access to the morning buffet. I found out that only 3 of the 180 booked rooms while we stayed there didn't include the breakfast buffet in the room price - Expedia rates don't include it at this hotel which was a little disappointing. To a westerner this hotel seems like a great deal at less than seventy or eighty dollars per night but what you will find is you can find many rooms for fifteen to twenty dollars a night all over the same area when you arrive. 詳情

The checkin and staff were very helpful however the room was one of the dirtiest rooms we have stayed in. The pillows we were stained with yellow patches and one even had a black mark on it. We expected the pillows to be changed the next day but instead they just flipped it over and left them. The blanket and sheets were just as dirty with stains from […] the previous use. The bed we slept on felt like there was two wooden planks running across the bed, which ended up giving my partner a bruise on her hip. The bath tub had paint flakes coming off it and mold on every side. The shower head was so low that for me, a 165cm guy had to bend or squat to shower in. The tub wasn't even wide enough to stand with both feet flat on the tub floor. We also had incidents where a gecko found its way into our room through the air con ducts and started to crawl on our wall. Mice could be heard scouring inside the walls and the roof of the room while we were in bed watching TV. Overall, whilst the location is ok it doesn't make up for the dirty, moldy and mice infested rooms that they provide. 詳情

Неплохой отель. Хотя за эту цену ожидали что-то более комфортабельное. Внутри все довольно старое, обшарпанное. В комнате висело большое зеркало, которое неожиданно упало в миллиметре от нашего 2-х летнего рабенка и чудом его не задело. Штраф все равно заплатить пришлось, но после наших возмущений, взяли 50% от стоимости. неудобно то, что постоянное […] подниматься навернх к своему номеру. Отель на сопке. Хотя заранее просили номер пониже, т.к. едем с малышом. но почему-то нам не захотели в этом помочь. Из плюсов - 3 бассейна и один детский. Территория аккуратная, кустики каждый день подстригают. Своими глазами видели пробегающую по территории крысу. Дорогой интернет в номере. На ресепшене бесплатный со своим ноутбуком. Детская комната убогая... ну то есть очень скромная и почти вся разломанная. И почему-то там очень грязно. До моря недалеко - минут 5 пешком. Vi valde innan vi åkte ner att endast boka 5 nätter då vi trodde att vi skulle flytta på oss. Vi tyckte hotellet och dess personal var så bra att vi stannade ytterligare 9 nätter. Det fanns 4 pooler, väldigt vänlig personal samt en fin växtlighet med palmer och annat på området. Visst fanns det små fläckar på sängkläder men närheten till marknaden, […] restauranger och havet övervägde detta. Utsikten från hotellet var också bra då det låg lite högre än havet. Frukosten hade en blandninng av västerländsk och Thailand upp till var och en att välja. Gratis internet i receptionen var dock något långsam jämfört med att använda internet mot en kostnad (något dyrt) på rummet. Vi är helnöjda med vår vistelse på detta hotell som även hade gym, bordtennis och biljard.. 詳情

Nous avions choisis un hôtel Best Western pour la qualité de la marque. Mais malheureusement, cet hôtel et mal placé à Karon, dans un virage d'une route très fréquentée, et loin de la plage (10 min à pieds)
