Hotel Rouen Saint Sever - 盧昂

We had some problems locating this hotel. Having found the district of Rouen in which the hotel was located and several signs to the hotel car park, we were unable to find the buidling itself. It was only by enquiring at a nearby hotel that we realised that the hotel was situated in a shopping mall and that the public entrance was only accessable from […] a pedestrianised throughfare. Once we were told that we needed to enter the shopping mall car park first, were we able to find the hotel, although even this was not straightforward once entering the car park and we had to seek directions from a shopper in the mall. The streets surrounding the hotel did not seem to us to be very inviting after dark and therefore we decided to remain in the hotel for dinner which was good. The hotel was comfortable but the decor was a little tired. In particular the tiny bathroom could have done with a make-over. But overall, the hotel was perfectly fine for a one-night stay and the hotel and restaurant staff were polite and helpful throughout. 詳情

Very helpful and pleasant staff. room very small but comfortable. Bathroom adequate. OK for an overnight but not for a long stay.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Fairly close to city centre in a cosmopolitan area of Rouen. Staff helpful and friendly.

This is a larger hotel that is older but quite comfortable. By car we were close to all the attractions and found easy parking. It is a beautiful town worth the visit.

This hotel is adequate, nothing more. The area is fine in daylight but I wouldn't want to walk around at night. Breakfast is expensive and not worth the money. Beds are comfortable, free WIFI and the plumbing does work.

The hotel was ok. We stayed there only one night. It was a bit noisy, we could hear church belles early in the morning, and people going for the breakfast. But i should say it was good enough for 2stars hotel.

This hotel was hard to find when driving. It is between a church and a mall located on a pedesterian walkway. the carpets were a little dirty and the room was extremely small. We don't stay in the room too long so that didn't bother us. It was a short walk from the old section and the pedestrian area was great. Very convenient for price. Very helpful (mostly) bi-lingual staff. Rooms are rather small, but comfortable and clean. Restaurant is above average and quite reasonable. Hôtel propre et très bon accueil .Mais comme dans beaucoup d' hôtel, de nombreuses petites réparations (poignée de porte,petits coups de peinture...etc).

Her lå vi over en natt. Veldig bra, prisen tatt i betraktning. Grei service og rent rom. Stille og rolig.

Hotel propre mais je n’y retournerais pas. Le robinet de douche n’est pas sous la douche mais au dessus du lavabo, quelques chaines de la TV ne fonctionnait pas, on a du donc changé de chambres. Les chambres, lorsque l’on rentre dedans ne sont pas chauffées, il faut les chauffer nous même. Le parking est payant. Hôtel au rapport qualité prix imbattable. Seul souci d'importance, si vous ne savez pas que l'hôtel fait partie du Centre Commercial Saint Sever (situé en mitoyenneté avec le centre commercial) et qu'il bénéficie du même parking payant, vous pouvez le chercher pendant des heures sachant que je n'ai rencontré personne du quartier qui connaissait cet […] hôtel et que mon GPS ne connaissait pas la Place de l Eglise Saint Sever. Vi kunne godt have brugt en stol mere i et dobbeltværelse. Manglede et natbord ved den ene sengeside Savnede en åben restaurent på søn - og helligedage Fik en meget dårlig retningsbeskrivelse til garagen, samt vejen tilbage til hotellet, som ikke var den samme - hvilket vi troede. Hotel un peu difficile a trouver mais tres sympa. Accueil tres sympa et efficace, hotel propre, calme, le restaurant de l'hotel est a l'image de l'hotel, le petit dejeuner est super enfin pour un sejour professionnel je suis tres satisfait et j'y retournerai des la semaine prochaine. Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville de Rouen. Parking à proximité.

Gute Lage des Hotel. Leider hört man auf der Rückseite die Lüftung des Einkaufszentrums, was in der Nacht sehr störend ist. Das Badzimmer dürfte grösser sein.

Goed hotel tegen redelijke prijs. Goede locatie, winkelcentrum bij hotel, metro op 2 min. lopen. Parkeergarage onder het hotel, slecht E 4.20 per bezoek, ongeacht de tijd. Goede bedden, wel een kleine badkamer.

Proche du centre commercial, pas loin non plus du centre ville.

L'accueil est parfait. Il y a toujours quelqu'un de disponible pour vous renseigner. Si vous souhaitez une vue sur l'église pas de souci. La chambre n'est pas immense mais suffisament spacieuse et confortable pour un week-end

Beliggende i Rouen centrum. Glimrende service med engelsksproget personale. Parkering kostede 4 Euro og var lidt akavet i en offentlig parkeringskælder, men med nem adgang til hotellet gennem en speciel indgang. Chambre assez confortable; petit bémol sur le service: il manquait du Papier toilette et il a fallu descendre à minuit pour en avoir, la réception ne faisant pas 'service d'étage'. Gonflée!

Très bien, sauf un petit bruit de ventilation dans la chambre... Problème que l'on rencontre assez régulièrement me direz-vous, mais est-on réellement obligé de faire avec toutes ces ventilations, clim ? (c'est stressant quand on passe un concours !). Pour un hôtel 100% naturel !
