"Convenient hotel, but lousy shuttle service"

Hotel was a 5 to 10 minute drive from the airport, but after calling them repeatedly and being told a van would be there in 15 minutes, then 2 minutes, I finally took a cab after waiting 45 minutes.

This is the third time that I stay in this hotel and my experience is the same: Very good. All employees are very kind and they gave very good service The restaurant is good and the area of the hotel is very secure. This is a good choice for a business trip.

"No Power Generator"

Power was out for 4 hours due to a small storm that was passing by. Hotel did not have a power generator and it was misserable for that time period. Power was out in the whole area and other Hotels next door did have a Generator. Power goes out in Mexico ALL the time. I can not believe they do not have a Generator.
