"Great Hotel except for the Service at meals"

We received very good service from mostly all the staff. The hospitality when serving food whether by the pool or at breakfast was dismal for this type of 5-6 star hotel. The hotel is not chip one :) so the quality is very good. I can recomend for young people, since there is very nice night club. The Beach is really good, but with huge dead medusas lieing on sea-sand.(we saw two) A lot of french people.

Très bonnes prestations en général, service parfait. Points négatifs : hôtel très mal insonorisé (réveil deux nuits de suite par un bébé dans une chambre proche).

Prestations impeccables. Dès l'entrée de l'hotel on entre dans l'ambiance marocaine : senteur, décoration, ambiance... Rien à redire, si ce n'est les prix des extras qui sont très chers. Nous avons été très bien servis mais avons trouvé le prix du petit déjeuner très cher. Un jardin avec une piscine exceptionnelle. La plage d'Agadir en revanche, pas […] terrible. Même si l'hotel s'assure qu'elle soit impeccable, il reste tout de même beaucoup de déchets. Agadir dans son ensemble est très pauvre, les paysages n'ont rien d'exceptionnel. Ich bin enttäuscht von diesem Hotel. Die Lage ist schlecht, zu abgelegen vom Zentrum, die Bettwäsche roch nach Urin und Schweiss, die Zimmer sind veraltet, wegen dem Ramadan war die Discothek geschlossen und für den Internet Access musste man extra Gebühren zahlen (für eine Stunde 10 Euro und für 24 Stunden 30 Euro), WiFi funktioniert nicht optimal […] im ganzen Hotelareal. Das Personal ist zwar nett und freundlich, aber ausgerechnet die einzige Person, welche sich engagiert, interessiert und animiert zeigte, wurde wegen Differenzen entlassen. Einzig die wunderschöne Pool- und Strandanlage mit vielen Lounges und Palmen entspricht dem Standard eines 5-Sternehotels. 詳情

Hôtel de luxe asceptisé, aux prestations accessoires hors de prix (à 20 € le petit-déjeneur au Maroc, il vaut mieux aller se restaurer ailleurs, à la Corne de Gazelle, par exemple), qui ne sait pas assaisonner un bloody mary (voire qui ignore qu'un bloody mary doit être assaisonné) et qui ne présente pas plus d'intérêt que la ville d'Agadir elle-même.
