為了就近男家, 所以選了這家酒店出門用. 酒店聲稱全酒店只有一間房for wedding, 所以我都沒有想過是在吸煙層, 反正也沒有選擇. 這間酒店大部分是大陸客, 到了晚上, 對面房間的人開P, 狂煲煙飲烈酒, 估計佢地仲有其他朋友係附近房間, 全部集中晒係呢間房度開P. 點解我知佢地食煙飲酒? 因為佢用D野"sip"開度門, 方便D朋友出入, 所以D臭味"供"晒過嚟. 我同媽媽就慘啦, 個廳臭到死, 要lay埋係房仔. 後來我打左兩次電話去投訴, 都冇用, 只有個housekeeper攞支空氣清新劑比我. 對面房D人當然仲會係走廊大聲談話啦. 算啦, 諗住入房早D訓, 點知搵唔到個燈制. 打去大堂, 第一個服務員上嚟, 搵唔到個制; 第二個上嚟, 都搵唔到, 我真係鬧到爆!! 再等左好耐, […] 終於有個technician來, 搵搵下就搵到. 我結婚前一晚就係呢間酒店度留左一個難忘既回憶. 詳情

很兴备酒店房内有那么大的雪柜, 又有开放式厨房, 但却连一般酒店都有的茶啡包也欠奉, 吹凤筒又要叫才有, 很失望!

好方面:房間寬敞,柜面接待處可以接受,背後有商場,購物,飲食,消閒,电影都方便,環境旺中帶有住宅区的宁靜,交通方便,酒店门口有新界綠色的士,也有市区紅色的士,小巴,輕鉄可三个站轉西鉄,去尖沙咀半小时至45分鐘,離皇岡落馬州很近,过関去大陸方便,落馬州関口人流少設備新,出関後也有地鉄去羅湖和深圳市区各處。酒店內咖啡室有wifi免费上網,也有餐廳,酒店建築外型接近五星级。 缺点:房間有煑食設備但通常不會用,有点浪費;電視机很舊式是美中不足之處,一間星級的現代化酒店不應該有這点瑕疵,太可惜...由於旅遊團很多,接待處早上很忙。酒店距離市区和机場比較遠(机場有專車去酒店,車程45分鐘,車費90元港幣)。 整体結論,不錯的一間酒店,如不趕时間去市中心辦事的話,是一个好選擇。

pm5:00 check in，居然說房間還在打掃，要我在等一小時，問她難道沒有其他房間嗎?居然在那邊愛理不理的說找看看，找了十幾分鐘還沒找到，問她用電腦找房間要找這麼久嗎?態度很差的回答說對。朋友很不高興的就拍桌子開罵了。後來是另一位接待小姐過來處理，直接幫我升等才解決，處理不到3分鐘就結束了。那差勁的接待員叫做ANN。我都已經先付款了，不管我有沒有去住不是應該都要有一間房在那準備嗎? 房間是還不錯，乾淨寬敞，有微波爐可以用(升等後)，電視是舊型不到20吋，但是要花1~1.5小時的交通時間才可以到九龍或香港島，交通費用來回最少HK60。 旁邊有商場可以買東西，但是晚上九點多就休息了。

服務態度佳,設備亦相當好,附近也有商場,交通也很方便,除了沒有免費接駁巴士及離鬧區有些距離以外,各方面都相當舒適!價格也十分親民,房間意外的大呢!

設施還好不過沒有提供上網服務,租用網路一天港幣120簡直在搶錢!! 入住的陸客太多,大廳服務人員不足電梯口一團混亂,夜晚太吵鬧讓人住得不太滿意!

Stayed here for 5 nights, rates were good but initially concerned about location. However easy shuttle buses available to airport & TST eased those fears. hotel was very clean and rooms very big by HK standards and staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. This hotel is good, the pirce is reasonable, friendly staff and very helpful. It is clean and next to the shopping center. It is located close to MTR station. I stayed twice at this hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

My wife and I stayed here for 2 days over the New Years holiday. Overall we were very satisfied with this hotel. Location-wise it's a little far from HK airport and Kowloon, but this is overcome by the hotel's shuttle bus (to airport & Kowloon) for very reasonable rates. You could also take the public transport, with metro bus and MTR train station […] literally outside the hotel entrance. We were quite impressed with the size of this resort hotel -- 2 towers and total of about 1100 rooms! The hotel was very affordable for its class (it had a 5-star feel to it). The hotel staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful. In fact, they helped us with directions, train/bus routes info, planning some sightseeing activities, and booking a guided sightseeing tour for us. The only "complaint" we had was with the flush in our bathroom. We got a room on the 21st floor of Tower 1, and the toilet flush handle had to be worked a few times before it would flush properly. We complained once and the housekeeping came and fixed it, but even after that, we had to put some effort to get the flush to work properly. We figured that's how their flush worked, so we didn't take the matter any further. But other than that one issue, we had a great experience here. 詳情

Very comfortable. We had deluxe room with expandable sofa, king size bed and kitchenet. The price is very low for such comfort. The only bad was the location - very far from everything. This hotel is practically very far off from main city and you waste your time in travelling. No room service and very few choice of food.

Almost perfect experience. The one blemish was an inability to get the in-room safe fixed so we could use it - not for want of trying! But great location, great value for the price and easy taxi distance from other parts of HK.

The Hotel is nice but a 40 min tube ride to downtown. The internet connection was a pain. Otherwise it was a great stay...

The hotel is located 1 and 1/2 hours by express bus (you can use your Octopus card) from the airport--no free shuttle service. Hotel service was pleasant and helpful. One small bottle of drinking water was provided.

On my way to Jakarta, stopped here for the night...on time pickup by shuttle and swift check in...lobby a little noisy but room was quiet...would definitely stay there again...35 minutes shuttle to airport...

The overall quality of the hotel is good, although there can be big groups checking in which results in waiting for the elevator. There is breakfast available but do not expects too much of it. The distance to for example Kowloon is app. 45 min by public transport.

Attention: Budget Travellers! If you want to spend your money more on shopping than accommodation, want a comfortable stay and don't mind a bit extra travel time to the city, then look no further because Harbour Plaza City Resort is the BEST hotel if you're after the above. Trust me, I researched all the cheapest hotels e.g. YMCA, Anne Black, USA […] Hotel, Silvermine etc.. and none compares to HPCR when it comes to room size. The Hotel has spacious and clean rooms, excellent well-maintained facilities and superb customer service- you will absolutely get 5 Star experience on a 3 Star budget. After a tiring day's walk in and around Kowloon & HK, I always looked forward to relax and retire at my spacious and well-appointed Deluxe room. Transportation is very convenient. Bus terminal is only a two minute walk and MTR, just across the hotel. Take bus 269B to go Tsim Sha Tsui, bus 969 to Causeway Bay and E34 to the airport. Tavel time takes 45mins to 1hr to the city but hey, while you're there, enjoy the travel & sights of suburban high-rises of HK! There is a shopping mall beside the hotel, a cinema and a nice garden park just at the back. I would definitely recommend HPCR Hotel because of its excellent facilities, superb facilities and good-for-value rooms. 詳情

The hotel is quite far from the city center, usually take us around 1 hour go to to central, and involves taking a light rail and change MRT once. However, we usually dont mind it since we have 2 weeks stay in HK. The services were great, and was close to a medium sized shopping center with cinema and supermarket attached to it, which was great. However, […] at time the hotel receives large groups of tourist groups, and the lobby area will be very crowed and you might have to wait a long long time for the lift. This could be a bit of the pain when you arrive the hotel at 12am from a long day of site-seeing, and then have to cope with noise lobby and wait up to 10 mins just to get back up to your room. 詳情

Very clean and luxurious. Subway station across the street. Mall next door to hotel. Staff speaks fluent english. Great view from the upper floors.

Did not remind us the swimming pool would be close under typhoon signal no.3.

good hotel at reasonable price

It is a good deal & comfortable stay...Hong Kong is a small place & everything is in small size. We were put in a bigger room with the 1st check in; nice view, spacous room with kitchen utility, free internet but not the 2nd check in after a trip to China.

this hotel is not expensive and good quality .good for family .the terms are flexible when it comes to chek out and chek in the staff is very cooperative and very clean surroundings across the road there is LRt station which can connect you from rest of the city .i always stay at this hotel

Spent the night here for a weekend getaway. We were lucky with the weather, first hot sunny days in Hong Kong in 2011 (two in a row!), so we really enjoyed the pool. Odd thing about the pool service is they only sell a couple of kinds of soft drinks: no snacks, light meals, or other drinks. Perhaps that is why it's a 3.5 star place? The park behind […] the hotel/mall complex is one of the loveliest in Hong Kong: Tis Shui Wai Park. Must be a well kept secret. Some of the decor and furniture in the rooms seemed like the original, although, I don't when that was, it seemed a bit old to me. Refrigerator/freezer in the room was huge by most hotel standards. i super love this hotel, room is bright, big and cheerful and equipped with a big fridge, stove and microwave oven. It is very accesible to the light rail and the mall beside it has a lot of stores and a big supermart. In the mornings i can walk around the garden trail and it's amusing to see the eldery folks exercising in groups. In my experience internet was not avaialble in the room - only in the lobby area.

The service is excellent, they allow early check-in (we checked in at 10 am). The price is reasonable, but for the room you get, it's fairly inexpensive when you compare it to the other hotels located at Kowloon or HK Island. We had a family hotel suite for the price of a cheap hotel room. It had a sofa and a mini kitchen with a microwave. The location didn't matter a bit as the MTR (metro train) was only a HK$20, 5 mintue taxi ride away. No problems at all.
