The front desk employees are always so helpful; however, the housekeeping staff is not consistent. We only asked to clean our room every other day and there were three of us. We have asked for three towels the first day; however, they only gave us two, forgot to top out our toilet paper, no tea towels for the kitchen and did not give us laundry soap. […] My husband went to get the laundry soap and tea towel at night and I had to go down at 7 am in the morning to get toilet paper. 詳情

Very happy with hotel & service found the room to be very comfortable & quiet. Highly recommended!

Our stay at the Mantra was great, the location was brilliant and the staff were very accomodating to our needs.Thanks once again. Only 1 thing that I would recommend is that the taxi drivers get the 2 mantras logged into their gps correctly.

Hotel was ideal location to be close to MCG for the Melbourne Marathon. Also within short walking distance to the centre of Melbourne. The apartment was spacious. The reception staff were very friendly & helpful. Although the room was spacious, it did feel very empty. The bathroom condition wasn't the best, with the bath not clean and quite a bit of […] mildew was exposed. Many lights had blown, in particular the main light in the bathroom. It had a small kitchenette which was fine, but had very little in the way of pots, pans & utensils, so not ideal if you had planned to cook any meals. Mirrors in the bedrooms were not clean at all. The room was very tired overall & I do not consider it a 4 star. All in all 詳情

The only things that I found concerning was the air conditioner was unable to be turned on, as it had been turned off at the fuse box. And only 1 down light in the bathroom the other had no globe and was hanging out of the ceiling. The sliding door to the bedroom was not on its track at the bottom so it swung. When the doors were opened in the bedrooms […] they coverred the mirrors so you had to have the doors shut. Otherwise the staff were great the facility was good. Thankyou 詳情

What a little find! The rooms are spacious and elegantly fitted out. They are so central to downtown Melbourne, the theatres and all the wonderful eating establishments from Italian to Chinese and everything in-between. The staff were extremely helpful with everything we asked them about. Well done!

Checking in at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. Hotel staff were absolutely lovely and very accomodating. Rooms at this hotel were well above expectations - we had a 2 bedroom apartment, although the bedrooms were quite small and the beds quite small, kithcen dining and lounge rooms were quite spacious. The tvs could do with a bit of an update […] but apart from that, the experience overall was a pleasant one. 詳情

It was the best decision to book the Mantra 100. It is excellent situated, we could forget our car in the Parkhouse and walked trough Melbourne. The free Shuttle Bus stoppt opposite the hotel. All the nice Restaurants at southbank are only 15 Minutes far from the Hotel.

Great apartment - very convenient location near amenities, restaurants and transport. Great rooms, plenty of room, modern, kitchen. Highly recommended.

2ベッドルームを大人2名　子供3名で利用しました。 6泊7日滞在しました。 すっきりした部屋で、快適でした。 洗濯機があり、キッチンがあって、調理器具、食器もひととおりそろっており、電子レンジ、ポット、トースター、冷蔵庫、フライパン、なべ、包丁まな板がそろっていて、とても便利でした。 スーパーで食材を買って、調理するのは楽しかったです。朝も簡単にトーストとコーヒーなどですませてから、出かけられるのでよかったです。 コーヒーと紅茶のティーパックは、たくさん部屋にサービスで毎日備え付けてくれてました。 ありがたかったです。 場所も分かりやすいし、はじめての方でもわかりやすいと思います。 シャワーのバスタブは少しコンパクトです。 滞在型の人にはお勧めします。 洗濯も自分でできたし、食事とか […] も節約できてよかったです。 詳情
