Telephone books were covered with dust!!!! That got all over our clothes! It is convenient to the Airport when you phone for the shuttle - but not convenient to anything else and nothing to see if you want to go walking, Good to have a fridge and microwave in the rooms - extra points for that. Breakfast generous. Staff were helpful and kind.

We stayed at this hotel for one night in April, 2012. No complaints. HIghly recommended and very convenient to LA LAX.

My stay at Hotel La Quinta Inn at LAX airport was far above expectation. It was exactly what I needed. I had a very late arrival at LAX (at midnight) I had been gone overseas for several months. It was just perfect to come and stay one night at the hotel and be able to relax and rest, before I was going to pick up my car, several miles from the airport. […] The shuttle picked me up at the airport and it was a quick ride to the hotel. The staff at the hotel was very nice and friendly. My room was clean and it had everything that I needed......refridgerator and microwave for example. We were really happy staying here. The hotel was very easy to get to from the freeway, and check-in was a breeze. The rooms were clean and bigger than expected. It was great to have a separate seating area from the beds. The complimentary breakfast suited us just fine, no complaints from the kids or us. I didn't have high expectations for this hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk employees were accommodating and pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast offerings were satisfactory. Nice clean hotel next to lax .

Just stayed here for five nights while I went on an architecture tour of LA. Great location, close to the 405 and airport. I chose this hotel for its price and for parking. The hotel has an underground parking garage which is free and always has plenty of available stalls. The biggest flaw for me was the hotel's wireless internet. It is in a word, pitiful. […] Constantly would drop and the general speed of it was incredibly slow. The walls are a little thin, like other reviewers have noted. It didn't bother me too much but you could certainly hear the activity happening outside your door as well as the occasional plane. Other than that, the hotel is incredibly clean, the continental breakfast is on par in terms of quality with other hotels in this price range. The staff was very courteous. I thought the hotel was decent. I first stayed in a Best Western Suites Hotel near DC on a layover and was very impressed. Best bang for the buck. Everything was great except the airport shuttle. It was not advertised anywhere that you had to contact the hotel to book the shuttle to pick you up from airport. This resulted in me waiting at airport for an hour and a half before watching the bus drive past me!

Very nice hotel and close to the airport which was very important to us.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was nice. However, getting a good nighinsleep was difficult because the walls and the ceiling are paper thin. We could hear talking and stomping till late at night.

Excellent shuttle service. Nice showers. Nice breakfast but more people than tables. Problem areas -- you can hear people actually walking above which you shouldn't. The sound insulation is terrible.

Great hotel for overnight stay at airport without spending a fortune. Good location, free parking, very close to airport. Free breakfast was great and good choices considering it was free, they only have a few small tables so taking breakfast back to room was the better option. Perfect location for a lay-over in LAX. Many convenience restaurantsand stip mall stores across the street. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. 24 hour shuttle to and from the airport was the main reason for booking the room(s). We have tried other hotels in the area for lay-overs and so far, this is the best!

This hotel was perfect for the brief overnight stay close to the airport/. The room was clean & the staff was friendly & helpful.

We had this hotel just for one night prior to catching a super early flight out of LAX. Our room was a double queen and was very very spacious and equipped with a refrigerator and microwave which were very handy. The rate included breakfast which we did not have due to our early flight but the breakfast area is open and we were able to snag some fresh […] fruit and drinks and bagel before we left at 5am. Shuttle runs every hour. We had a car that we dropped off the night before and all we had to do was call the hotel and they picked us up from the car rental place. That saved us having to deal with returning a car so early in the morning. Parking is free and there was plenty of it. Great location. Never heard the airplanes. The most comfortable bed of our trip, excellent complimentary breakfast, flexible with airport transfers in courtesy bus, 7 Eleven, fast food and bottle shop just across the road. Perfect for a stop over like ours.

We were on a trip to Los Angeles, CA for a wedding and a family vacation. We had reserved 3 rooms at the first two hotels and two rooms at this Best Western. This Best Western was the last of the three hotels we stayed at during our trip. Just for everyone’s benefit, my wife and I are both RNs. We had our mother-in-law with us and four kids, ages: 9, […] 11, 15, and 16. And then there was the Best Western… a breath of fresh air on this trip. The staff were responsive and courtesy, the room was clean, the room was up-to-date (LCD TV and a very nice couch in both rooms,) parking was free and in a garage underneath the hotel, and the pool which my family used was on the second floor so people from the surrounding streets couldn't see in--so private! It was the nicest hotel of the bunch and I was very impressed. As I have family in LA and Orange County that I visit once-or-twice-a-year, I will stay at this hotel if at all possible. This may sound extremely effusive, but I whole-heartedly recommend this facility! During our trip, we first stayed at a Hilton in Lake Forest, CA. Had a VERY bad experience at this hotel! Our room was on the first floor near the lobby and next to the first floor elevators, room 120. Everything was fine until 10 PM when a large group of guests (as many as forty-fifty people) were partying in the hotel’s lobby and dining area where they apparently serve drinks. This group was SO loud that I was hearing them over the TV in my room! I kept having to turn up the volume on the TV to hear it! I went out and spoke with the manager on duty at 11 PM and complained about the noise. I then again went out at 12:30! And the group was so loud that I couldn’t even hear what the Manager was saying to me at the front desk!! This group kept partying until nearly 2 AM. Then the noise of people laughing and loudly drunkenly talking as they walked through the corridors and waiting for the elevator (which was RIGHT next to the elevators.) My only complaint about this Best Western was that the elevator was outdated and dirty-looking. The room was nice and super clean. The neighborhood looked a little shady, but the hotel was fine.

All was excellent. Airport shuttle service quick, timely , friendly. We selected your Hotel because of your Smoking Policy, we are smokers and like the way you could accommodate us. We will stay with you again due to this. THANK YOU!!!

It was an okay room. There were no in-room pay perview movies, which I thought they advertised there were. The location seemed a little undesirable. I thought it would be a little nicer. Close to the airport but loud. We could hear planes. We were also woken up by people opening and closing doors at 2am when we had to get up at 4 for an early flight.

I needed a close convenient hotel for a business meeting in Inglewood. I read all the reviews and was suprised that it rated better than a well known competitor. Convenient location, nice room with a comfortable bed, underground parking made me feel safe in an unknown area and the price was right. My co-worker said the bagels at breakfast were hard/stale, […] which is no big deal. I wish I would have gone farther down the road to see the casino the night before. The unfamiliar neighborhood kept me from venturing too far from the hotel at night but I would definitely stay again! 詳情

I would definately stay at this hotel again. Parking, wi fi and breakfast all included. Clean and modern, even has a fridge and microwave in room. Went through many different hotel reviews for LAX hotels and found the reviews on this one all positive.

Awesome hotel and friendly staff. The room was clean and very comfortable. We will be returning to LA and will be staying at this hotel. Our last night we had a room facing century blvd and on the corner awesome view. We watched the airplanes enter and exit LAX all evening. This was so relaxing. Great stay!!!!
