Found smoking smell even in non-smoking room, exhaust fan in wash room too noisy, carpet has mites, TV quality not good - too old, micro wave difficult to use too old

On my day of arrival the manager was attempting to call me but was unable to due to my phone was working propertly so they moved my room after getting settled in. Then later my sinus was botherin me i didn't know why until I combine out my room & four dogs were crossing my door when i opened it. I love dogs but if i known i would bought my medicine.Then […] i wantd to make coffee but it had the packet with mold on it from the previous customer. FINALLY, I went to wash my face and brush my teeth the light over the sink didn't work. So i called the front desk requesting if someone could please bring me an light bulb. I waited, and waited no one never showed up. This day was an total disappointment. I have pictures to prove my experience. 詳情

Awful stay, the description of the room stated we would have a microwave an some other amenities, that wasn't true. The rooms are also very very small and not that clean.

Clean room, good rates. Room was too small for 3 people. Seniors access to the second floor, carrying luggage, is too hard by stairway. Room cramped with 3 seniors. Coset access impossible.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and how spacious it was. The price was very competitive and the breakfast selection was better than other properties. We will certainly stop here again.

The front desk staff was pleasant. The hotel was full and my room was next to the door used for people to go out and smoke. They then smoked right outside the door. The room smelled of smoke and the hallway outside the room was worse. I spoke to the front desk and no other rooms were available. I was not offered anything, including an apology. I finally […] had to put towels at the bottom of the door to block the smoke from coming in the door. The carpet was dirty, needed to be vacuumed and stained in multiple places. The continental breakfast was nice and included make your own waffles. I was only staying one night, for a short time, so the hotel was adequate. If I had been with my family, or needed to stay longer, I would have been very unhappy. 詳情

Front desk clerk seemed to have an attitude. The iron was missing from the room, and the coffee maker did not function. The room was dirty and the carpet, clearly, not swept. The lay out of the room was good and the bed was comfortable. The room was located next to the outside door to the hall and very noisy. Very clean and comfortable room, great deal for the price and convenience of location. Would highly recommend this to other travelers.

Our room was comfortable and we got a good night's rest for our drive back home the next morning.
