BEST WESTERN HERMISTON INN - 赫密士頓

Every time we visit Hermiston we stay at the Best Western. They give us great service, the rooms are clean, the people are nice, and the pool is the perfect temp.

We were very pleased with the cleanliness and service at this hotel. Colin at the front desk was very helpful and even carried our luggage upstairs. He was friendly and gave us an upgrade to a suite. When we offered him a tip he replied, "no thanks, this is my job." We were very impressed with Colin. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling […] through this area. We were attending a wedding the next day in Richland, WA. but there were no hotels available in all of the tri-city area and we felt very luck to find this clean, comfortable hotel. We traveled from out of state for a roller derby event. The staff was very friendly. Our room was nice, but we were not left any complimentary shampoo or conditioner. This doesn't seem like a big deal until you are in the shower and realize it. The complimentary breakfast was not very good and the biscuits were stale. Doesn't seem right considering […] the employees are part of Denny's as well. Same with Denny's next door. The wait staff catered to the locals and just totally ignored the out of towners. It was ok, but I have stayed at better Best Westerns. We left comments about these things and have never heard from management. 詳情

We stayed at the Best Western because we had a Roller Derby bout at the High School. Hotel was a good location right outside of town. The only downfall was no shampoo in room, towels for pool were sized for small children, and the continental breakfast was horrible. The rooms were pretty clean; minus the hair on the toilet. Staff was friendly.

Staff is very professional. Breakfast is very expansive and balanced. A good place to stay.

Nice hotel for the price, very comfortable beds and a quiet location. No elevator, nasty tasting water so remember to bring your own for drinking. Good Denny's next door with great tasting water! The water situation is not specific to the hotel. We ate at several restaurants in town and most had the same problem.

This hotel in Hermiston OR is not hard to find but it is off the track. The hotel is well maintained. The staff is courteous and attentive. The staff and the overall condition of the hotel made the experience acceptable.

Beds were terrific; pillows less than standard. Staff REALLY nice and efficient. Breakfast lackadaisical--they could improve here. It is ok, not more. Good place to stop if you are traveling!

close to the rodeo event in Pendleton, Or. Staff great. Room very comfortable. Location to Hwy was good. Rates were reasonable.

Very nice, convenient to highway and I-84, Pendleton Oregon. Have stayed in this property twice and find it very comfortable, clean, friendly staff, good housekeeping. Only criticism is breakfast room is always too warm, the water is sulphur-laden and tastes terrible. Bring your own bottled water!!! It was good location for where we were wanting to stay. This stay was not as good as our first stay was few years ago.

We stayed here for five nights while relocating. The hotel itself was fine, no problems. It is a little outside of the main part of town, about 5 minute drive. The only complaint is the water and its high sulfer content. Every time you shower or brush your teeth you have to deal with the rotten egg smell and foul taste. It was a very nice, clean and quite place to stay. The employees were very friendly and helpful. the continental breakfast had a nice selection and was very clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone
