The staff of this hotel go very far do support you in every need or help you may have. They speak English well, and are happy to suggest restaunants or seightseings to what ever you feel like.

Great hotel, surprisingly good breakfast buffet for such a small hotel. Staff really nice, location perfect. Only problem is the air con in our room was broken and was stuck on hot, so not good nights sleep, so check this as soon as you arrive.

It's such perfect location, walkable distance to our favourite shops like 24 book store, Fashion shops, etc.... All the front desk staff are so friendly & helpful. We were given room 703, a really big twin room (the room is so much bigger than what i have expected & seen on the website) with a main street view. Everything is just so Perfect!!! The room is nice. The only thing needs to be improved is the mattress which is a bit too springy and soft.

The hotel rooms are really small. The corridor and the rooms are filled with the smell of cigarette, The fan in our room are very noisy. We rented a car in Taipei and steering into the baseent parking lot from the small lane next to the hotel qualified as the extreme driving test for anyone. The staff are polite but less than helpful as all are inexperience. […] The worst problem is that they are charging the same price as a five star hotel like Westin or Sherwood which could provide much better standard of quality and mor eexperienced staff. We use this hotel only because we use airline mileage to redeem the stay and the fact that rooms at other 5 stars hotels are not available. And from the review it looks good but were totally disappointed and regret we made the decision. We do not recommend this hotel! 詳情

I have travelled the world and have never come across such excellent service in my experience. This was the first trip to Taipei and I enjoyed it so tremendously at Les Suites that I will be going back there to stay over Xmas. Nice boutique hotel with a caring staff. Best part was they issued a cellphone. Calls to hotel roll over to this phone, so your incoming calls are free without having to worry about getting a local cell phone. Good breakfast. 友人と短期の台北旅行で使用しました。 リーズナブルにも関わらずサービス、部屋に大満足です。 バスルームも綺麗でしたし、バスタブとシャワールームが別になっているのが嬉しかったです！

日本語は期待できませんが、フロントにいる人たちは英語が堪能で非常に親切です。 台北の生活を楽しむには絶好の場所にあるのも魅力です。 但し、部屋の場所によっては、近隣の部屋の排水口の音がうるさいのが気になります。

いろいろなレビューで高評価を得ているので、台北訪問時に3泊してみたが、期待した程ではなかった。確かに部屋はなかなか広く、内装もリフォームされており綺麗ではあるのだが、それでも隠し切れない建物自体の古さ。一回はゲスト用のラウンジもあり、そこで朝食も取れるが、ホテル滞在の快適性を左右するユーティリティが圧倒的に不足している。ホテルとしては部屋の広さを除けば、東横インのようなビジネスホテルのレベルだと思う。 ロケーションは太平洋そごうの近くでどこに行くにも便利ではあるが、ホテルの立っている場所近辺はごちゃごちゃした裏通りで、あまり雰囲気は良くなかった。 大きく不満を持つ点はなかったが、この宿泊料は正当化できまい。大手チェーン系のホテルに泊まったほうが、宿泊の快適性、全体の満足度は高いように思う […] 。 詳情

台湾に到着した日と帰国前日それぞれ一泊づつしました。エアポートバスの停留所からも近く台北駅へもMRT一本行けます。台北に到着した日の部屋はお願いしていたスーペリアダブルよりランクアップしてくださったようで、セミダブルのツインの広い部屋でした。帰りはダブルでそれに比べれば狭かったですが、多分あれが本来の部屋なのでしょう。あわただしく寝るだけだったのでそれでも十分で着いてすぐに部屋を使えたのがありがたかったです。朝食付きのプランだったのですが、朝食もバリエーション豊富で部屋もファッショナブルでゆったりとしてました。ただ、客室のトイレの水がどちらの部屋ともチョロチョロと止まらなくなり、夜中だったので自分でタンクのフタをあけて応急処置しました。帰国のときにエアポートバスについてフロントでたずねたら、 […] 最寄駅は教えてくれましたが、時刻表までは持っていませんでした。１２００元で空港までタクシーで行く方が普通なのでしょう。実際、タクシーで行ったら空港まで快適に３５分で着きました。エアポートバスは１４５元ですが、２０－３０分間隔で１時間ちょっとかかります。 詳情
