"Parking Issues"

The Parking instructions were not clear, and that there was a cost. And as the instruction were lax we had a parking ticket in the parking garage. The hotel said that they would take of it - we hope!

"Had to change rooms"

Checked in, went to the room and found it to be a smoking room with a very bouncy floor. Asked to change rooms and hotel responded right away. Put us in a room set up as a single. Had to request pillow and towels. Again, staff was very responsive to request. Don't expect to find much in the way of meals in the neighborhood on a Sunday evening, but […] we worked around that. The hotel is situated in clean suburb Oerlikon at a street with some decent restaurants and shops and with superb connections to city, airport, railway stations and conference centre.
