Was a new hotel, very nicely decorated, great location and easy to find. Is close to a lot of shopping. Parking was easy and neighborhood seemed good.

"nice but beware the workout facility"

Nice new hotel. They have hooked up for free day at a workout facility a few miles away. BEWARE the place is a dump, just nasty! I would recommend just use the hotels workout equipment which are very nice.

Throughly enjoyed everything about the SpringHill Suites in Grand Rapids. The clerk at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay most enjoyable especially considering it was 2:00 in the morning when we arrrived to check in. I will definitely stay there again.
