The decision to stay in this hotel was purely based on proximity to a nearby nursing home. With an ill grandfather, emotions were certainly strained and the hostility given from the front desk staff made the experience in this hotel worse. This hotel maintains that they can not offer information nor guarantee your reservation. The one amenable desk receptionist, Ebi, was helpful. I noticed that she was stationed at the desk however, for at least 16 hours. If this is the mandate of Comfort Suites, than no wonder their staff is so hostile. Hotel staff were very standoff, it was like pulling teeth to find out information about resturants and things to do in the area. One lady that worked in the breakfast area did give alot of help but the desk staff did not. Room was nice for what we needed. It was a drive everyday to do anything. Room was clean always took care of any of that type stuff […] but had to ask the cleaning people if we could catch them in the hall. We will stay in a cabin next time. 詳情

Call me spoiled, but I travel a lot and almost always get a complimentary bottle of water at other chains. I almost never carry cash so this is a big convenience for me. Room was ok. Great hotel!!! Clean, nice, and great staff!!!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was very acceptable as well.

This hotel is very close to the Beaver Bend area. It is located on hwy 259 but the rooms are very quiet. Some decent restaurants are nearby. The hotel pricing is reasonable and their pet polices are very friendly. We stayed in a king suite and really enjoyed our stay.

Loudest flushing toilets I have ever heard. Shower/tub does not drain well. Tiles in the elevator are too thick creating a half ince difference in height from elevator to hallway. Trip hazard. Pipes in hotel have a high pitched squeal when the shower is running.

Hotel stay was fine. Need to work on the morning coffee down in the lobby. Not good! Hotel could use some help with people hanging out in the parking lot in the middle of the night. Disruptive when trying to sleep. Young man at the front desk was friendly.

I have stayed at all the hotels in Idabel and Broken Bow. By far Comfort Suites has exceeded my expectation. The rooms was clean, comfortable, easy access and parking for boaters, close to grocery shopping, gas, car wash, dining, etc. Breakfast bar was great for kids, pool, workout room and internet a plus. Upon entering, there was no staff at the registration desk. Someone promptly appeared when I rang the bell, but the employee did not smile or project a friendly demeanor. Although I had an reservation through Hotels.com, the employee seemed to have difficulty in entering my credit card for incidentals (of which there were none at this hotel). I stood […] at the registration desk far too long, and when the process was complete, the employee still did not interact with me. She did not inform me about the free hot breakfast, the swimming pool or vending machines. The room was large with a separate sitting area and a large bathroom. The walls were somewhat dingy and the carpet felt dirty so I immediately put my shoes back on. The hotel, otherwise, was in an excellent location and had a hearty, hot breakfast buffet the next morning. For such a small town, the rate seemed a little overpriced, but there was not much else to choose from. It was not an exceptional experience, but it certainly was not the most dreadful either.
