Very rude and the air conditioner didn't work and not very much parking

Ok, breakfast is toast, cereal, coffee, orange juice, bagel. Room smell a lil be, but the customers don't respect sign " Don't Smoke " !!!, good internet, quiet room, yes coffee maker in the room!! old microwave ( i did not use! ) over all good for the price.

For the money I spent on this hotel it was fine for a one night stay. The room was clean, breakfast however well lets just say you might want to go across the street to the Sonic and order your own. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you need an inexpensive place to stay for a night or 2.

It wasn't what I expected when I looked it up online. It didn't have a iron in the room. You had to go down stairs to the front desk to check one out. Very inconvient but for the price it was okay but will definately pick another hotel next time.

I did not realize that there were no pets allowed in the hotel. It was 11pm at night, we were tired and just needed to sleep for 8 hours. We had our dog with us. I checked in and the manager was less then friendly. Seconds after walking into our room, our phone rang. It was the manager screaming at me telling me that I had a dog. The man was so irrate, […] I paniced and told him I didn't. My friend and I were going to leave. She was crying because the man was so rude to me and so hostile. I decided to make sure he wasn't going to charge us for anything crazy on the way out. So I stopped at the front desk and told him that I was sorry, I was unaware that pets were not allowed and before I could finished he screamed at me to leave or he was going to call the cops. I kept trying to calm him down and ask him about the charges, but he just kept screaming. So I went back to the room, got our things and put them in the car. I went back to turn in the key and finally the man stopped screaming long enough for me to ask about the charges to my card. He started screaming again saying "No refund! Leave or I will charge your card $500!! So, we left, went across the street and stayed at another hotel where were treated incredibly kindly and hospitably. I saw no where in my hotels.com reservations anything about no pets. Perhaps I was tired and not paying close enough attention, but it was an absolutely horrible experience. I will never use hotels.com again and I will never stay at a Knights Inn again! Absolutely Aweful! 詳情

The high speed internet was horrible which was the main reason I chose the hotel. It would be connected for 5 seconds and then disconnect for 15 seconds and so on.Dial up is faster and more reliable than theirs was Could not look up anything. I was in a new location trying to find apartments so I finally gave up and drove home. My internet puts theirs […] to shame. I went to the clerk on duty and she was condescending and rude. She told me I would have to check with the manager but he wasn't in. 詳情
