The conditions for the price were excellent. It's not a fancy motel but if you are looking for a clean place to crash for skiing this is a great choice. The room itself was what you would expect for a small hotel. The price was good so you have to be realistic and realize that you won't be staying at the hilton. It was clean and the wakeup call was helpful. The biggest complaint i have is that the toilet did not work. It did not flush. I left a shirt there and when I came back the next day, the manager stated they do not save anything, rather they throw everything away. Granted it was my mistake for leaving something there, but it sounded more like someone kept the shirt rather than throwing it away. I would not stay again! Felt like I stepped back in time, very cheap with towels and everything else for that matter. The Hotel's address does not come up on your GPS!!! If that doesn't sum it up what does!

the beds were hard, the bathroom could use repair, no blow dryers, kind of old, towel racks so high could not use if you were under 6 ft tall. bedding and towels clean. no clock or radio

The hotel and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy as was checkout. The rooms are very clean and it is located in a good area with the various attractions in the Poconos. Price was very reasonable for the area as well.

I couldn't get a non smoking room so I had to choose a smoking room.No one told.me that meant that the room and entire linen,pillows and rugs would smell like a big ashtray .and not to mention the bugs already on he bed.

First, my "customer service" experience was ridiculous. I wanted to book online, where it said the only room left was smoking. I called to confirm that, wanting a non-smoking room. My wife and I stayed at this hotel due to an unexpected death in the family. It was the cheapest option, which is why we chose it. The room was small but not a closet. The full-sized bed was a little better than sleeping on the ground. The microwave did not work and only made beeping noises when plugged in. this was a convenient location for us but it definitely needs some up grading as far as furnishings, should supply coffee pots in rooms and beds definitely need to be up graded. customer service was great , quality of the room could be better.

The first night at the hotel was fine. The second night (after they supposedly cleaned my room) was horrible. My son kept telling me he was itchy and I thought it was from the chlorine at the water park because when I checked the beds Thursday night they were ok. I woke up Saturday morning at 5 am went into the bathroom and my legs were covered in FLEAS. […] I moved the covers from the bed and my bed was loaded with them. I checked my son's bed and his bed had them. I told the manager and he asked me if I brought them with me. Who would bring fleas with them, especially not even having a pet at home. This knights inn was an excellent value fo the price. The room was clean and comfortable. I was looking for a bed and a shower for a simple night's stay. This facility provided that well and was very budget friendly.

I was very dissapointed and not pleased to say the least as to the physical condition of the hotel as well as the room accomodations, it's appearance and comfort. This Hotel was way overpriced only because of the NASCAR event during the weekend in question.

Not the best but not the worst. Not the cleanest but not filthy or smelly. Spider webs in the bathroon ceiling corners (I guess that's good because they eat the other insects) Free contintenal bkfst was coffee, OJ, and gross packaged muffins and "honey-buns". Bathroom floor was sticky, or maybe that was my sneakers. But really easy to find.
