Walliserhof Swiss Q Hotel - 捷馬特

Hotel was very clean, staff were very helpful and spoke English well. They had a spa facility which we didn't use. Zermatt is quite small and the hotel was less than 5 minute walk from the railway station. Will stay there again next time I'm in Zermatt

We stayed on Feb 11th, the staff exceeded our expectations. We had a car problem after we left and the hotel staff helped in a remarkable way. I truly recommended this hotel. Thanks

Great staff and attention to detail. Very comfortable rooms and updated. Only issue was noise from disco attendees next door. Hard to avoid in Zermatt.

This is a Swiss 3 star acting like a 4 with a lovely staff, good restaurants and excellent free buffet. The requested room was given us and the staff extremely cordial in all respects. Without asking, they met and took us from train station and return. They offered all must see advice needed and simply couldn't be nicer. Booked this hotel just for the purpose of seeing the Matterhorn. First impression: Room was dark & stuffy. The only opening was the balcony door and it is accessible by all staying guests on the same level. Kinda unsafe as you won't know who will enter into your room in the middle of the night. We picked this hotel because of it's good reviews - that was a terrific decision. The customer service was superb, the breakfast was the best during our entire stay in Europe and the helpfulness of the staff was beyond reproach. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any travellers heading to the Matterhorn. What a great stay we had!!

Wir haben eine einzige Nacht dort verbracht, aber da stimmte wirklich alles. Angefangen beim freundlichen Empfang, über die Einrichtung des ganzen Hotels bis zum Zimmer, das wirklich sehr schön und sauber war. Wir haben auch im Hotel gegessen, wirklich auch sehr gute Küche. Vi hadde vel en formeining om at det var eit nyere Hotel når vi reiste. Hotelet ligger godt plassert i hovedgaten og er sentralt. romet var lyst og fint og der var integrert safe på romet. sengen kunne vert en dobbelkøy istedenfor 2 enkle som er satt sammen.
